He's a terrible mechanic. You call him and he says he'll come, but he never shows up. He leaves you stranded with your car. You call him again and he says he'll come, but he just keeps you waiting. He's dishonest and doesn't say "I can't make it" or "I'm far away." Making people wait two days only for him not to show up and not even a call to apologize is unacceptable.
