Idk about these other reviews but as far as my labor and delivery experience, we had an absolutely amazing experience here! The nurses and staff were so incredibly kind! And tbh the food was great too for it being hospital food. I’ve delivered at clear lake and memorial Hermann and would choose memorial over again. Mallory, Rhonda, Lydia and Katie are some of the nurses that I specifically remember that stood out to my husband and I! Thank yall for making the delivery of our baby girl so wonderful!!

I took my 3 year old granddaughter to the ER on Saturday 12-13-2025. The staff was very friendly and caring. But I wish I had gotten the name of the nurse that put her iv in. He was so caring and gentle with her. He actually had tears in his eyes seeing how painful it was for her. He apologized to my granddaughter for hurting. I really appreciate his caring so much.

I went to the Memorial Herman (MH) Heart and Vascular Institute (HVI) on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect.
My treatment team (Technician Intisar Nur, Nurse Nicole Bradshaw, RN Suja Shaji and Dr. Justin Durland) were phenomenal. I felt cared about. The procedure was explained and they ensured that I had a clear understanding about each step of my procedure. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort physically, and relaxed my mind to go through the procedure without any apprehension.
I was scheduled for another procedure immediately. Intisar took me to the appointment across the street (6400 Fannin) in a wheelchair. At this appointment, I met the ECHO technician, Daniel. He was very professional, caring and compassionate.
Overall, both procedures were "painless" due to this extraordinary team of professionals that demonstrated that patients are treated like family. Thank you all for caring for about me!
I took my 83- year old Mother here for care after a referral from a friend. We had a terrific experience. We waited for less than 5 minutes before being taken to a room, and saw the ER Dr within ten minutes. We received much kinder and efficient care than past visits to the Memorial Hermann Hospital at TMC. Our ER Dr was patient, thorough and extremely helpful. I will absolutely return to this facility and will refer friends and family.

I HIGHLY recommend having a baby here. This was my first pregnancy and I had my baby alone so idk what to expect. They gave a very nice walk through but nothing compares to the actual moment of having a baby. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WAS AMAZING!! From the lobby to the young black male anesthesiologist and discharge nurse. I had the best experience!!! They did make it clear they can’t admit until 3/4cm (so they turned me away at first) and explained everything great and made me comfortable.
PS. I had my baby 6/7/25 that Saturday night. My back doesn’t hurt. I had 0 tearing. My labor wasn’t long either. They took great care of me and my baby. I am beyond grateful for them ❤️ I honestly can’t wait to get pregnant again so I can have my midwife(Simms) and have my baby here again. 100000000000/10 stars ⭐️ if it matters to some .. I am a black woman who had a all nonblack staff

Took my son (6yo) to the ER & the pediatric dept was very kind doctors & nurses were very patient they listened and didn’t make you feel like your questions were dumb or didn’t rush the visit bc the hospital was packed!!! THE wait was quick they immediately pulled us from the main lobby and brought us to the pediatric dept which was a huge plus . ..&&I’ve also came myself and staff was very polite took longer for me to be seen VS. when I bring my child but most all my experience here is always good.

3rd baby given birth here, Dr Heaps for the first two was phenomenal though he moved hospitals, just delivered this week with Dr.Opara and he is just as phenomenal with an amazing bedside manner. In the post partum floor (floor 5) taylor was absolutely amazing, sweet sweet nurse also amazing bedside manner making sure even though my daughter was in the NICU that I was still taking care of my self while still being light hearted and caring.

10-30-25 had an EGD/Colonoscopy. The staff at the front desk was wonderful. The lady who escorted me to Endoscopy was 84 years old and was the sweetest thing. All the nurses who attended me were a 10. The anesthesiologist was a 10. My DR was DR Vishal Kaila. He treated me when I was at Memorial in June I received excellent care then. DR Kaila I recommend very highly. Excellent bed side manner. Takes time with you and shows he cares. I had excellent treatment from the whole staff.
I was a patient here recently for acute appendicitis and had as good of an experience as I could have given the circumstances. I was transferred from a stand alone ER to the surgical floor where they had a room ready for me. I felt that the night staff especially was responsive and communicative and my nurses throughout the process- from the floor to pre and post op- were compassionate, professional, and had excellent bedside manner. I have a four month old baby and I really appreciated that at discharge my discharge nurse reached out to the lactation nurse who came to my room to review my medications with me and eased my anxiety regarding what I had taken, my procedure, and continuing to breastfeed at home. The following day after discharge I even received a follow up call asking if my pain was manageable, if I had any questions that weren’t answered, and if I needed anything else. I felt that everyone involved went above and beyond my expectations and I would like to thank all of them for making the best of a painful and stressful situation
