I cannot say enough wonderful things about Memorial Hermann Surgery Center The Woodlands. I went through some severe medical issues and had to have three surgeries within six months, and every single time I was treated with so much kindness, compassion, and professionalism. The nurses, doctors, and entire staff always made me feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for during a very difficult time in my life. They were reassuring, attentive, and incredibly kind, and I always felt like I was in good hands and could completely trust the people taking care of me. After my experiences here, this is the surgery center I trust, and if I ever need another procedure, this is where I would want to have it done. I am so grateful for the amazing care I received and for everyone who helped make such a difficult season a little easier.

The surgery center itself was great. The billing/customer service on the back end is an absolute nightmare. I have contacted customer service 3 times - due to me having no financial responsibility. Yet - no refund has been received and they keep charging my card every month for the payment plan i was forced to sign up for and ended up being covered at 100%.

Daughter had knee surgery. She was in and out the same day. Nurses were extremely friendly and put my daughters mind at ease.

The ER at this hospital is the worst. The doctor didn't even look at me. She came into the room, was there for two seconds, and left. I was in excruciating pain; they made me wait three hours even though I arrived by ambulance. Don't go there. Methodist Hospital is much better.

I had a bunion surgery at this hospital and I was still sleepy from the anesthesia. The nurse was hitting me on my right shoulder over and over trying to get me to wake up to discharge me. I was still out of it when I was put in my car. This is unacceptable Memorial Hermann

I want to give a heartfelt shout-out to the Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units for the amazing care I received during the early delivery of my baby. I was scared and nervous because the delivery came unexpectedly, but the doctors, nurses, lactation team, and staff were incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive.

Coming from a medical background myself, I truly appreciated the quality of care and professionalism everyone showed. They made me and my baby feel safe and well cared for throughout our stay.

I am very grateful for the entire team and would highly recommend this hospital to other expecting mothers. ❤️

Triage RNs in the ED are rude and look like they hate their jobs. 👎🏻👎🏻🗑️
