I would rate 5 stars for Adriana! She is the best ultrasound technician I've ever met and I really appreciated all her help.

When Adriana performed ultrasound on me, she always let me know what she would do next in advance and checked with me if there was anything uncomfortable. Her skill is definitely awesome - there was nothing uncomfortable at all and we finished all the procedures smoothly.

Adriana made me feel cared for during my visit - thank you so much Adriana for your professional and kind care!

I had retinal surgery today and it was the best experience possible. Dr. Wong was excellent. Nurse Angela was terrific, friendly, helpful. Even the business office was easy to deal with. The receptionist kept me informed about when I would get called back. It was seamless as possible for a last minute emergency surgery. Highly recommend

I went to this facility and received the best care. I did not have to wait, the staff and doctors were very professional and efficient. My husband was allowed to stay with me the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend this emergency facility to everyone. Much better care than the Hospital Emergency Room.

This surgery center has the best staff I have ever experienced. Every person I dealt with was extremely kind. They took such good care of me. I have to say my intake nurse Christi was the sweetest and kindest nurse I have ever had. After a previous bad experience I had at another outpatient surgery I was super nervous. Christi was truely an angel sent to me by God. She calmed all my fears and was so sweet and kind. She was like talking to my best friend even though I had just met her. To the management staff at Memorial Herman I hope you know what a gem you have working for you
My recovery nurse was just as nice.Thank you all for taking such good care of me. DONNA Kliewer

First time here for endoscopy. Everyone that I encountered, from the intake person to the nurses, anesthesiologist, and technician ( and my doctor, of course), made for a pleasant experience. Only negative was the fact that my ride was told to park at valet parking to pick me up and had to pay $16 for the short time to come to the floor to pick me up and have nurse escort me to car.

The nurses and staff were extremely thoughtful and kind to our family during the final hours of our loved family member who passed away.
We are greatful for the amazing care, continued updates, and allowing the family to have prayers with the clergy before and after the death of our loved one.
