I had my C-section here and my experience was excellent. All the staff were very professional and friendly. All the nurses were incredibly kind and supportive, especially Jessica, who was on duty the longest during my recovery. She was so kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!

I’m unsure about the lower ratings, but I can rest assured that Memorial Hermann Hospital and the staff went above and beyond for us. We drove 2 1/2 hours, and from start to finish, the care was phenomenal.

The emergency room was quite busy, which is expected being in the heart of the Medical Center, but the staff handled everything so well. They diagnosed the issue, connected us with the surgeons, admitted my sibling, and surgery was completed within 24 hours.

We were in the Jones Building on the 6th floor, and I want to give a special shoutout to Gilbert, Nurse Danny, Ms. Tonya, and all of the nurses on the 6th floor. They were truly God-sent. The surgeons were also amazing, with excellent bedside manner and kindness toward both my sibling as the patient and me as a guest.

Being in the medical field myself, I can honestly say this was top-tier service. This is what our community needs. Memorial Hermann has always been top-notch in my experience, and although I was initially skeptical about this location because I’m used to The Woodlands location, this team exceeded my expectations.

Everyone was professional, sweet, genuine, and caring. Shoutout to the entire 6th floor. Everybody rocks!

Took my ill wife to there emergency room. Was greeted, signed in and only waited 5 minutes in waiting room. Taken to back area, within 10 minutes, her vitals were checked by very nice staff. 5 minutes later a very concerning young Dr. Arrived. Introducing himself as Dr. Daniel Cox. He was absolutely awesome. He spent time questioning my wife's symptoms. Showing all fine quality of a well trained physician. Maybe an ivy leager? He was great and we were grateful. After cat scan the wait was 3 hrs. And this was to be expected to to new patients arriving for treatment. Also noticed how this Hospital has some of the most professional security staff . We felt safe. For a small Hospital, they did a great job. Especially from my Wife Esther and me, Thank you Memorial Hermann for your professional Medical, and security staff. May 3rd 2026.

Excellent! Entire staff was extraordinary with treatment for my husband. From Emergency Room care to ICU and throughout. Doctor Anisha Arora, MD was outstanding & amazing. Oh yea, these folks are definitely getting 5 stars. Absolutely incredible staff all the way around. Super efficient, knowledgeable and just plain, good ol fashioned kindness. There aren’t enough stars to do them justice. Let’s see now, my care started with Dakota at registration then Viola, Angela and AJ got me rollin (Angela was the surgical nurse, amazing lady) then lastly Kelsey and Sharon got me ready to go home. Anesthesiologist’s name escapes me at the moment and I can’t read his writing but it looks like Dr. Johnson, he was extremely informative and actually took all the time I needed to answer questions. This hospital is blessed to have all of these professionals. The hospital itself is incredibly nice, clean and runs very efficient. Lots of great places for families to hang out while waiting. Overall wonderful experience for an uncomfortable situation to be in!!

I was really nervous going in to a Hospital 4/24/26 for surgery from the time I went in starting with the patient check in to anesthesia the whole crew of nurses, Dr's , lady who bought me down were so profesional and nice . The volunteers were great people .The hospital was very clean I don't know what else to say but I was very happy to be there and they got my nerves down . GOD BLESS ALL THE HANDS THAT WORK THERE AND THEIR FAMILIES .

I recently visited Memorial Hermann TMC MRI at 6411 Fannin St., Houston, and had a wonderful experience thanks to Vicky Lawrence, the MRI Front Desk Coordinator. She was friendly, compassionate, and made my mom feel very comfortable. She truly cares about patients and even came back during her lunch break to help us. First impressions matter, and she represents the hospital with professionalism and genuine kindness. Memorial Hermann is lucky to have her!
