Unexpectedly had to get a new car. Was referred to Nate Santee at Momentum BMW/Mini. He was very professional and efficient. His patience, his kindness towards elders, his genuine care, and his commitment to going above and beyond truly stood out. My mom has always dreamed of purchasing a car and receiving the iconic big red bow, and Momentum made that dream a reality without even knowing it. Such amazing service and excellent programs - especially for slightly older Minis. I didn’t think about using the dealership since my mini’s warranty is expired but after learning about everything they offer and comparing their older car prices with other service providers, I won’t go anywhere else!
Oh, and service advisor Allyce is a rockstar! So grateful for her walking me through all my options and for taking such great care of me! I lucked out when I was assigned to her - Thank you, Allyce!

The service department is the best because of people like Heather Alycee Bass. She is the most knowledgeable about my mini and works well with extended warranty plans. She follows up and does what she says she is going to do - unheard of in most service dealerships.
