The catalytic converter and turbo booster went out on my equinox. Tried to claim the catalytic converter with my extended warranty, but they refused so had to pay out-of-pocket. Brandon Mendoza, which was my service provider, was very easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Once those issues were fixed, I still had a leak so he reached back out to the extended warranty company and was able to get them to cover all the parts and labor needed to fix the leaks. Although it was a long process the actual time to fix all the problems was pretty quick. It was more about the extended warranty company going back-and-forth. Brandon definitely made the transaction less stressful with his communication and transparency.

Customer service by Ayleen and the Service Manager were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure I was always kept informed as well as dealing with the warranty process and the original dealership. I appreciate everything. My vehicle is running great but I have recently noticed an oil leak that was not there when I dropped the vehicle off originally for the repairs. I know because they sent me a video that showed and stated no leaks. I reached out again to Ayleen who kindly asked me to bring the vehicle back in for the technician to look at. This team has great customer service and communication. Wish there were more like them.

I had been looking for a specific car, specific color and had received multiple e-mails from multiple dealerships. Monument happens to be on my way home from work and I received an email from my sales rep William asking me to give him a time and he'd have the car pulled up. I pulled in, asked for William and as promised, the car was out front and ready to go. William was easy to connect with and trust an so buying a car from monument was a very easy decision. The finance process was quick and painless as well. There was no attempt to bully me into extended warranties but all options were explained. I would definitely recommend Monument to friends and family and I will absolutely tell folks to see William!

I left a review with GM but wanted to make sure there was s local review. My truck was in a recall for 6.2, the engine failed. I called Monument they helped me get a tow, got it in the shop and ended up having to replace the engine. They did a professional job, in a timely manner and the vehicle was in perfect condition when I picked it up.
For a stressful situation the whole process was excellent. I highly recommend.

I was at an Easter party and started talking cars with Roland Holmes, most especially about Corvettes. Now Monument (where Roland works in sales) is basically a truck dealership because of all the plants near the dealership. We had a good talk and I told him I had a noise in the back of my Corvette E Ray and since they were basically a huge truck dealership, I was a bit leery of having them work on my Corvette, however Roland told me in no uncertain terms to let Monument repair my Corvette.

He told me to get with Cristi Swearingen as my service writer that she was really good and took care of customers. After getting with Cristi, I was introduced to Daniel Goss and he went deeper into what the issue would be. I took my car in at 9:00 AM and was called at 5:00 PM and told to pick up my car. They even gave me a loaner not knowing what the issue was with my car.

Bottom line, 5 stars to Roland, Cristi, and Daniel for outstanding and quickly done work. Another thing is that I'm no longer concerned about taking my Corvette to what is basically a truck dealership.

After all the owner just got him a new ZR1 Corvette and his dealership better be on the ball if they're going to tend to his car.
