I am a 71 years old man it took 7hrs to check me in and 7hrs to check out. My wife had a stroke and has a hard time taking care of herself. Do not go there! I checked in 11 am day 1 and it's 4 pm day 2 and 7hrs ago they told me I could go home and I'm still waiting

Took my son last night after he fell down and hurt his arm he wouldn’t move it and he cried in pain we arrived check in was fast but we got to the room 3 RN came in the room and all asked what happened and said ok sounds like might have a fracture let’s get him a IV so we can have him get pain management so we can pop it in the RN could not get it the iv she tried 6 times! She had the other girls bring a ultrasound machine and she was trying to do it with that and my son was hysterical of course being poked that many times I had tell them to stop and they gave him a shot of morphine because they couldn’t do the iv x rays came back nothing broken nothing fractured I got no answers so disappointed never ever would I recommend this place especially for kids never!

the comments about over sticking to put IV is true. I had the worst experience in the ER. Almost 3 weeks after my surgery and I still have soreness and bruising from the blown vein I got when the lady tried putting an IV in on my hand. She did not know what she was doing. The doctor doesn’t generally speak to each other. It was like tag you are it when it came to getting discharged between doctors. I saw my surgeon one time and that was it. Getting a Follow up appointment is the worst. Customer service for general surgery is a joke. The girls on the phone did not help at all. I cannot count the amount of time I got transferred cause they didn’t know the doctor’s name. The nurses in the hospital NOT THE ER are amazing. Would never come here again. I will drive 45 mins to a different location.

I brought my room mate James turner to the er o 1 31 2026 he is a double amputte.his left leg was real swelling and red looked to be infected. Also he has a large open wound. He was treated by Dr Charles tran . If that's what you call it. The wound was not cleaned or wrapped up with bandage. The gave him a shot sent him packing. Shameful work problem charged insurance company $5000.

The ladies who performed my CT scan and chest x-ray were delightful. Full marks for outstanding professionalism and care.

HOWEVER, after reading my scan results, I felt compelled to contact my doctor about getting a different person to review the results. He/she made some obvious mistakes which makes me wonder if he/she was reporting on MY scan.

1. The report says my appendix is present and unremarkable. My appendix was removed 12/1/2025.

2. The report says my gallbladder is intact. My gallbladder was removed on 12/8/2025.

This leads me to believe that he may have reported someone else's results to my doctor. Or, he didn't really look at my tests thoroughly and made assumptions based on a cursory inspection. Neither instance does me, my doctor or your hospital's reputation any good.

I usually take the stance that if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. But this type of thing must be addressed. Someone's life may depend on it.

Went to the hospital for chest pain was told they was calling the police on me and they did cause I asked for the house supervisor and patient navigator. They called 2 cops on me and thomas the head chief of security came down and told me that I could call over I wanted to nothing going to happen to none of the employees. So I am very upset this not the first time this has happened to me. And they never gave me my discharged papers. I explained myself to the police that came and I walked out with chest pains and this not fair cause oak bend is the only hospital in Richmond/ Rosenberg tx. And yes I do have names and pictures of all employees that way involved

Front desk intake girl in ER rude! The visit was fast I felt more like a bother than anything. Will not return and do not recommend.

I've debated writing this for a while but decided to do it anyway when I saw what they charged for our visit that day. My mother came to this hospital's ER because it was the closest, and we might have possibly encountered the most useless experience ever.

The doctor had barely clocked in too and already had an attitude. I would've understood it more of if it was much later into her shift. One line had stuck with me when my mother said her body pain was terrible enough that she had trouble walking and while I understand she was trying to figure out if that's a combination of issues or isolated regarding her chest pain too. She had said, "how is that related, why can't she walk?" as if we didn't just tell her she had leg pain as well. The upper body pain was simply acting up more. Is it not possible for someone to feel like they were in enough pain to walk properly?

And the one who took her blood was unnecessarily rough. My mother felt it for days after. She was crying out several times when it gets accidentally pressed. That should not be happening. Not to mention, nobody sent the order for the meds they said they were going to send.

I'm so serious when I say stuff like this stacks up physically and mentally. Seriously. Imagine going through so much pain, worrying about work, and then there's even more things to fix. After a series of appointments and treatment, it became even more obvious on how useless the time there was--to the point where my mother and I would say it would've been more worth it to wait for hours at Memorial or Methodist.

Took my pregnant wife there around 1am on 11/26. All she needed was an IV. The nurse that helped us, seemed extremely in rush and this is what she caused. Then she casually goes, “I’ll plug the other arm”. The service was terrible and she seemed like she didn’t care about the patient whatsoever. No empathy towards the patient. I wish I could give this location and her, a 0. Never coming back here again.

Brought my daughter in tonight and the passion the nurses had for her were shitty one she came in nausea vomiting and diarrhea non stop and the nurses after 10:30pm no one knew much about the patient her original nurse left at 11ish and was great but after that the nurses except one was was helpful my daughter had to clean herself after given morphine and had an IV in her arm when told the nurse she was dizzy. She then was sent to ct with poop on her then sent back because she had poop on her and we told the X-ray tech she had poop on her and the nurses she had poop on her I asked for the nurses to help change her and they refused until I went to the desk and told them to come help this place is complete trash and it’s sad cause I use to work here and to get treated like trash and my daughters care to be delayed and uncared for this hospital and the Jackson street location I don’t recommend anyone’s loved ones to be cared for here after how we were treated tonight. This location tonight deserves 0 stars this is just sad for nurses to act like that and treat other loved ones horribly very hurt and disappointed
