My nurse Faith on the 5th floor was such a blessing. From the time I arrived by ambulance in the ER until I got to go home, I was treated eith kindness by all.

Went to the hospital for chest pain was told they was calling the police on me and they did cause I asked for the house supervisor and patient navigator. They called 2 cops on me and thomas the head chief of security came down and told me that I could call over I wanted to nothing going to happen to none of the employees. So I am very upset this not the first time this has happened to me. And they never gave me my discharged papers. I explained myself to the police that came and I walked out with chest pains and this not fair cause oak bend is the only hospital in Richmond/ Rosenberg tx. And yes I do have names and pictures of all employees that way involved

Front desk intake girl in ER rude! The visit was fast I felt more like a bother than anything. Will not return and do not recommend.

I've debated writing this for a while but decided to do it anyway when I saw what they charged for our visit that day. My mother came to this hospital's ER because it was the closest, and we might have possibly encountered the most useless experience ever.

The doctor had barely clocked in too and already had an attitude. I would've understood it more of if it was much later into her shift. One line had stuck with me when my mother said her body pain was terrible enough that she had trouble walking and while I understand she was trying to figure out if that's a combination of issues or isolated regarding her chest pain too. She had said, "how is that related, why can't she walk?" as if we didn't just tell her she had leg pain as well. The upper body pain was simply acting up more. Is it not possible for someone to feel like they were in enough pain to walk properly?

And the one who took her blood was unnecessarily rough. My mother felt it for days after. She was crying out several times when it gets accidentally pressed. That should not be happening. Not to mention, nobody sent the order for the meds they said they were going to send.

I'm so serious when I say stuff like this stacks up physically and mentally. Seriously. Imagine going through so much pain, worrying about work, and then there's even more things to fix. After a series of appointments and treatment, it became even more obvious on how useless the time there was--to the point where my mother and I would say it would've been more worth it to wait for hours at Memorial or Methodist.

Wife woke the day after Christmas with very bad stomach pains, were here on vacation from Georgia. Took her to Sugarland Herman, it looked like a 4 hour wait in the ER! Left and came here what a perfect choice we made. Wife got checked in, taken back right away and checked out. What a great team of people, from the RN, charge nurse,doctor and CT tech. Cat scan was clear, got her pain under control, couple hours later we were back at Brazos Bend State park to finish our vacation. ** note watch your holiday food intake! ** it will mess with your gut !!! We have this place on the star list on our maps if we EVER needed ER care when in town. Thank you all.

Yeah, I had a lumbar fusion that also took a bone out of my hip to put in my back and I stayed in the hospital. The staff was great at the hospital but they sent me home without any pain medicine. I asked the nurse over and over and over did the doctor leave me some pain medicine? Did the doctor leave me some pain medicine she never got the OK on the answer so I came home with a lumbar infusion. No pain medicine on a weekend when the doctor was not available that is cruel you cannot treat people like this now. I’m still waiting on the doctor to give me pain medicine because somebody failed to do their job.

Honestly I am glad we went to Oakbend instead of one of the larger hospitals. I can not say enough about their ER department. My husband was taken right back and 4 people working on him. The NP was ot playing either, she knew something was up. He was admitted and all the nurses on the 5th floor were great. One of the best things is their advocates who have helped us out more then anyone has.
Only down fall was we didn't really get alot of time with doctors to explain stuff. They were in and out. But with that said his doctor did figure stuff out and kept him till he was clear.

Went into the ER the other dày.., having chest pains I was really nervous really scared filled with anxiety and fear... For one thing I have veins that roll and I don't like continuously getting poked.... They sent a nurse by the name of Shantell she had 38 years of experience which made me comfortable and she spoke of the Lord as soon as she came into my presence and I knew I was just going to be fine because I knew father God had sent her there for me and I give him all glory and honor for having her there at day and time... Normally I have a bad experience but that was one day that I truly was comfortable at this ER....

I had two multiple nurses but my two favorite were Faith & Chandni! Those two ladies made my stay easier and the encouragement and care i got from them was unmatched. I was sad to see Faith leave and sad i wont have Chandni as a nurse next week. Those two made my 3days worth while. Thanks Ladies!
