I was so hoping this would be an amazing experience for my mom. But I had to ask someone every single day to do patient care. She was given one shower her entire 22 days. I had to come and clean her every evening and make sure she was changed a basic human necessity. I plead with the staff so many times and was ignored. Physical therapy was good I guess. Grateful for speech and some of the aids.

Many of my nurses: Ahmed, Christine, Danica,- aides: Mary, Marilyn...

Now - there are serious issues with the late night staff and aides. ANSWER THE CALL BUTTON !!! MY 1ST night I waited more than an hour. My 1st orientation the next day - 6 other clients had the same issue. MOST OF THE AIDES are NOT attentive - the weekend is unbearable. "I'm not giving up my name" - that aide should've been terminated after her first weekend.

Food service will correct mistakes... but 7 of my first 10 days COVERED with errors.
