Been in and out of hospitals for 6 months and this is the best place of all. They helped me get well enough to go home! This was my one goal to get back home!! Raul and Rafael and Beth and Kelsey are beautiful people. They were all concerned about my care and exercising. The nursing staff are so caring and it seems like everyone here is always happy and get along.

The therapists were excellent as was the nursing staff. Food was good but a bit heavy. I felt that lunch and dinner were served too early for me. I am used to eating less and later in the day.

The sadness to all of this is PAM is a corporate entity, so anything you put here makes no difference as they will continue to dish out poor service and still not care about you the patient. Sad but true. They expect two aides to service a full floor of patients while the Nurses do little but sit and watch there phones and hand out medication. Aside for the exceptional few that work their butt's off, majority fail to even be called Nurses in this place. If your here for a few days of rehab, then not too bad. If any "real" nursing is need, I wouldn't send my worst enemy here as it won't happen. Good luck....
To add more pain to this review. After 7 months they now send a additional bill. The charges for therapy are absorbent. Go to a place like Select Physical Therapy for better service and half the price. At least they won't be leaving you to die alone....

Dr Estrella and her team were amazing and really helped. The facility is beyond clean and her staff are very attentive. I cant recommend enough.

I come here because its more safe. Doctor Guerrero, nurses and all staff are good to me. My therapy was great. They do have excellent food. Everyday they check on me if I were able to get some rest and if nurses and nursing assistant check on me during the night. I highly recommend this rehab hospital for those who are needing one

We had an extremely disappointing experience at the main PAM Clear Lake Hospital for my mom. I would not recommend PAM to patients or family members considering PAM for a family member. The day we checked her in, we had to wait an hour past the time we were told to be there for her to be assigned to a room, and then we had to wait another 20-30 minutes for nursing staff to come to her room.

I had to be at the hospital every day, and sometimes multiple times a day, in person and through phone calls, advocating for my mom. She was better off at her assisted living than she was at PAM. Her mobility is worse now than it was before she went to PAM.

For the first week of her two-week visit, she was kept in the hospital bed for the majority of the day, except for the couple of hours per day that she received therapy. It was only after much complaining with multiple people, including nursing staff and hospital administration, that they would assist her in getting into a chair for meals.

The nursing staff, for the most part, was unfriendly, and very slow to respond. Anytime I asked a question or asked for assistance with my mom, it felt like an inconvenience. The doctors assigned to my mom were impossible to get ahold of unless you sat there all day waiting on them to pop in for 1-2 minutes. They always seemed in a rush and were not open to questions.

The therapy staff was nice for the most part, especially one in particular in Physical Therapy and the two therapists in Occupational Therapy, who helped get my mom showers as part of the OT sessions.

Overall, I definitely would not recommend PAM, especially for patients with dementia who can't adequately advocate for themselves. If you do have a loved one there, plan on being present every day for the majority of the day, demanding that your loved one receive the care he or she deserves.

If you want a great therapist, zach is the best one.He pushed me when I didn't want to be pushed, but he made sure I could walk. The nursing staff was great, and the texts were really great. The nurse that took care of me. Her name is ebony she was really good. I really like her. She made sure that I was okay at all times. The doctors were great. My favorite doctor was doctor guy. He saw me every day. Not 1 day, every day to make sure everything ran smoothly, make sure that I was comfortable.So if you want a great rehab facility pam, is it.

Excellent rehab facility. All of the departments have very knowledgeable and kind staff. I've learned a lot about how to better handle my illnesses. The PT tools are really great.

This is my second time here and I wouldn't choose any other rehab facility other than PAM. I couldn't ask for better nurses. Lucina and her nurse crew were amazing. My PT and OT people were very helpful and fun. Taylor (OT) and Zach (PT) were among the best and worked me hard. In a good way. The entire staff at PAM are the best and very helpful. Dr. Armstrong, Jessica (case manager), and Laura Filer are among the best. Thank you PAM Rehab!

I would love to thank everyone at the PAN Facility, It was a wonderful and great experience The whole entire PAM family went above and beyond for my care , I am very glad I chose this place. The therapy here will get you back on track. When I left this facility I was able to get back to almost normal daily activities with no hesitation. I would encourage and select this facility to anyone out there who needs it. I would come back if I needed to.
