Don’t even respond to the customer calls and they don’t listen to customers what they are saying. The worst service centre I have seen. The problem was not solved and they handover the car without resolving the issue.

I had my 2016 Honda Accord towed there because it was over heating. I was told that it was the radiator and something was wrong with the water pump. When I told them my water pump had been replaced with the timing belt by another local Honda dealership and it was still under warranty. They said they would honor it. They didn’t and told me to take it back to the other Honda dealership. So I did and nothing was wrong with the water pump and I haven’t had any problems with it. Another problem with my starter, which is a known problem with the 2013-2016 accords. I’ve had 3 starters put on there to later find out there is an actual fix for the problem but they will just have you keep coming back to replace it. Done with Honda dealership auto shops!

I had a very disappointing experience with this Honda service center. I left my vehicle here for service with an Apple AirTag inside. When I received my car back, the AirTag was missing.
Instead of taking responsibility or properly investigating the issue, the staff told me to “find it from somewhere,” which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Personal property left inside a vehicle should be respected and handled with care, especially when the car is in the dealership’s custody.
What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and customer care. A reputable service center should own mistakes, not dismiss customers when problems arise.
I expected much better from Honda service and hope management takes this issue seriously to prevent this from happening to others.

Doggett Honda server center, used to be called "Russell & Smith", was not exemplary to begin with. The technicians are incompetent -- a simple fix could results in multiple trips to the service center. Now that the ownership has changed, it has become even worse. Not only are technicians still incompetent (wrong diagnosis), the "advisors" are rude as well. In particular, Michael Tran should not be in the customer service business. He is rude and incompetent. I won't be visiting this place again.

Never again. Took my Honda in for a battery check. Mr Nguyen in service told me a new battery would be around 300.00. After waiting an hour and a half He said the battery is bad and it would be around 400.00. Plus they charge 2.8 % more to use a credit card. He was rude and said I interrupted him assessing another car. I said no way I am doing this and took my car and left.

Brought in my car for annual maintenance at 11:10am. They said the wait would be an hour or hour half. It is 2:00pm and I asked what the hold up is, turns out they haven't even started working on the car. They don't care about your time here. Ive got another year of free service and I still wouldn't come back.

The service is slow. The customer service staff can see you standing there waiting and no one offers to help you. The maintenance service is not the best, I took my Honda CRV to get a wheel alignment and it turns out that my car is now more unstable than before. Also, I didn't have tire pressure alerts, and when I picked up my car it turns out that I still have a punctured tire.

I’ve gone to Honda for my Oil changes or anything my car needs since i got my car with them since 2019. But this past experience was just terrible. I went in July 2024 for an oil change and to change my breaks because the time previous to that i was told that my brakes needed to be changed soon. But the guy taking care of me when i went in July told me i did not need to change my breaks, and i was confused from what the previous guy told me but i took what he said, because after all he is a professional who should know what he’s talking about. So i went in again yesterday September 27th because my car was making noise when i would break, so i figured it was the rear breaks. I get there and Thomas Tran is the one taking care of me, he told me that my breaks should’ve been changed when i went in the last time in July, but i told him how the guy helping me then told me they didn’t need to be changed. So now it wasn’t just my breaks, but my rotors as well that needed to be changed. That could’ve been avoided had the guy before had done what i had asked him to and also just checked the car well. But what upset me even more is when i see the mechanic working on my car come to Thomas by his computer and they were both talking and laughing about how much it was going to be to fix my breaks and rotors, because of how bad they had got. They think i didn’t see but i did. I was sitting right behind Thomas computer and the ignorance and audacity for them to do that and think no one was watching them. I don’t see how any of that was funny or amusing, spending almost $800 has 0 humor in it. The lack of respect and care that Thomas and his coworker and the previous guy who did not do what i asked cost me more money than i should’ve spent, and then I’m laughed at for what reason really? The lack of respect and transparency I was shown as a female customer was deeply upsetting and I will not be returning to Honda for any major issues for my car, they’re not helpful and on top of that they’re disrespectful and don’t care for the customers and their concerns. I don’t appreciate being treated like I don’t know anything about cars and how they work, nor did I appreciate the lack of transparency regarding the services required. If Honda is going to be overcharging for service the least they could do is make sure they have good customer service and basic decency.

Just discovered that the plug to my transmission was either not put on or it was worn at the time I had my transmission serviced. Every time I leave I am missing a part or a something. So many things not put back. I feel like my car is being sabotaged by the service department. My HONDA engine cover missing, my firewall screws don’t have any nuts, my battery cover gone, my transmission plug not replaced, a random screw near the transmission was removed. Bringing to their attention and then they deny and thinks it funny. I won’t be back.

I rarely leave negative reviews, as businesses can live and die by their online reputation.
I went to Houston this past weekend to visit some friends. On my drive up on Friday night, my undercarriage started dragging. It was making a strange noise so I decided to take it here just in case, so that the drive back would be safe. They removed that part for a reasonable price and recommended I add a metal cover that was missing. I declined as it was far too expensive (not their fault).
On the rainy drive back to my friend’s house from Honda that Saturday, the same exact part of my undercarriage on the other side of my car was dragging. I couldn’t bring it back because they were closing, and it was storming (pre-Beryl) so bad that I didn’t notice until the next morning. They must have either failed to remove the other piece or knocked it loose during service.
So I ended up paying to remove a part, just to leave with the exact same issue on the other side of my car. I had to drive all the way home to New Orleans with the same noise as before, as I could not bring it back in (they were aware of my situation).
I could not find a proper way to contact them via email so I could show proof of the undercarriage, so I’m hoping this review calls attention to it and that I may receive a full refund.
