I gave two stars because this dealer used to be great with my oil changing services when I bought my Odyssey here in 2023. My experience here has gone downhill recently. It started when I got four new tires installed — right after that, my tire pressure monitor sensors started throwing warnings. It took three visits before they finally identified a dead sensor battery and replaced it.
Shortly after the sensor replacement, every system warning light came on at once — VSA, EPS, Brake System, Emissions, Adaptive Cruise Control, you name it. I brought it back in. Their diagnosis? Bad fuel with 60% ethanol contamination. They showed me an ethanol test, which is questionable for many other auto repair professionals. Their recommendation was a $1,200 fuel tank flush, and they told me to go after the gas station for reimbursement.
Something didn't add up. Bad fuel might trigger engine-related warnings, but it doesn't explain every single system failing at once. I asked them to do a deeper electrical/system diagnostic. They refused, saying they couldn't resolve the warnings without the tank flush first.
I took my car to another shop. They found a clogged EGR valve, cleaned the oil injector and valve, and cleared all the warnings — for $200. That was over three weeks ago and the car has been running perfectly since.
Trust your instincts and always get a second opinion before agreeing to any recommended service here.

Don’t even respond to the customer calls and they don’t listen to customers what they are saying. The worst service centre I have seen. The problem was not solved and they handover the car without resolving the issue.

I always come here with Vincent from auto service to take care of all my oil changes and services for company vehicles and loaners, he makes sure all my requests are taken care of and shows the same amount of respect when I decline certain services. Something many others don’t do, much thanks Vincent.
I had my 2016 Honda Accord towed there because it was over heating. I was told that it was the radiator and something was wrong with the water pump. When I told them my water pump had been replaced with the timing belt by another local Honda dealership and it was still under warranty. They said they would honor it. They didn’t and told me to take it back to the other Honda dealership. So I did and nothing was wrong with the water pump and I haven’t had any problems with it. Another problem with my starter, which is a known problem with the 2013-2016 accords. I’ve had 3 starters put on there to later find out there is an actual fix for the problem but they will just have you keep coming back to replace it. Done with Honda dealership auto shops!

I had a very disappointing experience with this Honda service center. I left my vehicle here for service with an Apple AirTag inside. When I received my car back, the AirTag was missing.
Instead of taking responsibility or properly investigating the issue, the staff told me to “find it from somewhere,” which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Personal property left inside a vehicle should be respected and handled with care, especially when the car is in the dealership’s custody.
What concerns me most is the lack of accountability and customer care. A reputable service center should own mistakes, not dismiss customers when problems arise.
I expected much better from Honda service and hope management takes this issue seriously to prevent this from happening to others.

Doggett Honda server center, used to be called "Russell & Smith", was not exemplary to begin with. The technicians are incompetent -- a simple fix could results in multiple trips to the service center. Now that the ownership has changed, it has become even worse. Not only are technicians still incompetent (wrong diagnosis), the "advisors" are rude as well. In particular, Michael Tran should not be in the customer service business. He is rude and incompetent. I won't be visiting this place again.

Never again. Took my Honda in for a battery check. Mr Nguyen in service told me a new battery would be around 300.00. After waiting an hour and a half He said the battery is bad and it would be around 400.00. Plus they charge 2.8 % more to use a credit card. He was rude and said I interrupted him assessing another car. I said no way I am doing this and took my car and left.

Exceptional service from Russell & Smith Honda!
After a frustrating experience with Team Gillman, who sold me a faulty car and denied warranty coverage at ever turn, Russell & Smith stepped in and got it right. Jose was incredibly responsive, and their team accurately diagnosed a major issue that had been misrepresented. Thanks to their honesty and professionalism, I finally received the support I needed. Highly recommend!
Brought in my car for annual maintenance at 11:10am. They said the wait would be an hour or hour half. It is 2:00pm and I asked what the hold up is, turns out they haven't even started working on the car. They don't care about your time here. Ive got another year of free service and I still wouldn't come back.

If you want to pay $105 for an oil change where they don't call you when your car is ready, and you're standing there waiting for someone to acknowledge you, but only your service advisor knows anything about your car and if it's ready or not, and no one else can help you cause they're too busy on their phones, then this is the place for you.
Last time coming here for me.
