I had a very good experience at Spring Cypress ER. The staff was kind, professional, and attentive. Dr. Jones and the nurses took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable during my visit. The service was fast and the care was excellent. Everyone was great! Dr jones, the nurse Tiffany, front desk Maribel, and the RT Tiayana. Everyone was very helpful and sweet to my daughter. Definitely recommend coming back!

We had a great experience. Nurse Tiffany was so good with my son and very patient when he was having a hard time. They made sure we had food and water while we waited for test results. And Dr Guillermo was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns while offering solutions.

This team functions perfectly together! Tiffany was a fantastic nurse who explained each step of the process thoroughly and seemed to genuinely love her job. Tiayana in radiology was very proficient in her job and was made me feel comfortable going into the CT Scan. Dr G reminded me of a medical provider I worked with in the military. Knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain things to you without the normal of feeling like they are rushing through the process! Thank you guys so much

This place needs a zero stars. I took my daughter tonight because she was having trouble breathing. They had NO sense of urgency after we told them she can’t breathe! Keep in mind lobby was empty! We were the only ones there. Filling out online forms were more important than my daughter breathing. After I complained that it can be filled out while she’s getting checked is when the nurse calls her in but did want me to go back there with her till forms were completed. The Dr came in with a smirk said “oh she’s just hyperventilating”
Not taking her chest pains or numbness in her hands seriously. Just smiled and said we’ll get her a mask and 2 meds to calm her. Before we accepted treatment front desk lady came in to let us know the visit is $750. What kind of BS urgent care is this. $750 for what!! To not care about people! Even if my Dr knew my daughter was having anxiety attack. It was her first time feeling that way. No bedside manner from the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out refusing treatment. Worst urgent care I’ve ever been too! Never again!

Came to emergency care today because my daughter’s pinky finger was swollen. When we arrived, we spoke with Vanessa, and while filling out the registration paperwork, Kristy came and got us 10 minutes later.
This process was quick and easy. From start to finish I believe it only took 1.5 hours. This place will always be my go-to for emergencies.

I want to express my extreme pleasure and service to the SpringCypress Location and specific shoutout to Ms Vanessa(Receptionist), Ms Tiffany(RN), Ms Deanna(Radiology Tech), and Dr. Guillermo.
My experience was pleasant in a time of emotions and these Ladies truly are the credit for that. Knowledgeable, informative, and most importantly had the willingness to help!

Wow .. No one wants to go to the ER, If there's anyone who is stubborn about going to an ER due to personal reasons , fear , uncertainty. Its definitely me but let me tell you this, Never in my life have I've ever been to a more professional medical facility then Aether Health Spring Cypress ER. From the moment I walk in until the time I was release it was 5 star care all the way. Very clean and organized 👌 impressive!! This location and all the staff members DR. Alsaedi , RN Wasef, and front desk Jasmin made sure everything was going so smooth I got to know them like a family member when I was release. Came in and out feeling much, much better. When they made a food run for lunch they even ask if we wanted anything. Was an Amazing experience, thanks everyone for going way above and beyond my expectations !!!

Going to the Emergency room for any reason is usually not a great experience; however, this particular location changed the perception of professional med staff, Patience, and thorough care. The Doctor didn’t seem in a hurry which I appreciated and he gave my wife a chance to provide as much detail without assuming what might have occurred from the car accident. The staff was hospitable providing coffee and light refreshments. Grateful to have found this place!!!
