I’ve experienced the WORST service ever at this location!!!! I feel skipped over and definitely discriminated against, I am currently sitting in this emergency room as I write this review, and I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated. I was the first person here (African American) two Caucasian families come in maybe 20 mins after me and they both got seen before me. I was told by front desk that they go by what looks to be more important.
I came to the ER after being rear-ended in a car accident and experiencing pain in my head, back, neck and knee. Since arriving, I have watched multiple walk-in patients who arrived AFTER me get called back before me.
My fiancé finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The employee told him that I would be next. Fine. We sat back down and waited.
Then they called ANOTHER person before me.
What makes the situation even more upsetting is that the same employee who specifically told us I would be next could hear us discussing the fact that I had just been skipped AGAIN, and she said absolutely nothing. No explanation. No apology. No clarification. Nothing.
I fully understand that this is an emergency room and patients may be seen according to medical urgency rather than arrival time. That is not my issue. My issue is watching patient after patient who arrived after me be taken back, asking staff about it, being specifically told I was next, and then watching them take yet another person while the employee who told us otherwise sat there and offered no explanation whatsoever.
At this point, the way I’ve been treated has made me feel ignored, disrespected, and genuinely concerned about whether I am being treated differently from other patients. I came here because I was injured in a car accident—not because I wanted to spend my evening begging hospital employees to acknowledge that I’m waiting for medical attention.
If there was a legitimate triage reason for other patients being taken first, someone could have simply explained that. Instead, I was given information that wasn’t honored and then completely ignored when it happened again.
I am STILL WAITING as I write this.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy from the front desk has been unacceptable. Once I am finally seen, I will be updating this review with the remainder of my experience.
Patients shouldn’t have to repeatedly advocate for themselves just to get basic communication from an emergency department.

This is one of the best ER’s that my husband and I have ever been to! Dr. Guillermo, Nurse Emma, ER tech Vanessa and Radiologist Dahlia took amazing care of him and were super helpful and caring. will definitely be returning to this location if we ever need an ER visit again!

Very good as always! The bed side manner is magnificent! I had 3 different doctors for 3 different visits and they all were magnificent!

From the ease of getting information during the phone call, walking in getting checked in with the receptionist, the nurses staff and Doctor were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had the most pain and the worst area and I'm very pleased to say that my simple surgery went very well. I feel like they did go above and beyond for me. I definitely recommend.. the facility & rooms are very clean, they have coffee in the waiting room and water fountains. I would recommend bringing your own water bottle to refill. From the time I checked in until the time I was seen was very fast.. will come back if I need to. 😊

First of all Desire’e was amazing she made the visit smooth. Candice was excellent as well she solidified this as our ER. Dr Jones is great as well thank you all for my first Houston patient appointment

I come here pretty frequently because of bad migraines and it is always helpful. Didn't have to wait long to be taken back to a room. Nurse Emma was awesome, very sweet and attentive. Would highly recommend coming here.

This was our second time here. All new faces except Dr.To, but still the same quality of care. This will forever be my go to facility for fast compassionate care. Everyone was super sweet and I actually left feeling a lot better than when I came in. Dr. To treated both my daughter and made sure that we were well taken cared of explaining everything thoroughly along the way. Ms. Joann is heaven sent! They really don’t make nurses like her anymore. She really has a nurturing spirit about her that makes you feel like everything will be okay. Ms. Taneica Kept checking in on us and went above and beyond to make sure my baby was as comfortable as possible. I really appreciate that. And last but certainly not least Ms. Dahlia, did my ct, IV, and my baby’s X-ray. She’s fast, efficient, and the absolute sweetest. This is truly the best team ever. Thank you!

This Er is phenomenal. I was well heard about my medical vvoncerns. They did many thorough test to rule out any other cause to my symptoms. Dr. To was very informative. Nurse Ema may my visit so peacefully comical. Radiologist Chidenere was very attentive. Lastly, the lady at the front desk greeted me with kindness. She sent a preregistration link before I arrived. So I could be ahead of the game and wouldn't have to wait. This was an amazing experience.

Literally by far the absolute best treatment service and people as our first time coming to an ER in America! Hands down to all people working their level best. Emma the Nurse was so fun and amazing to hang out with! Super chill vibes! ER Tech & Radiology dept, Vanessa & Shasta so very kind hearted, calm and collected! And most of all, Our Dr. Mujeeb! Explaining and helping us in every part of the way, detailed and ease in learning what was the treatment and how to further the process.
