I’ve experienced the WORST service ever at this location!!!! I feel skipped over and definitely discriminated against, I am currently sitting in this emergency room as I write this review, and I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated. I was the first person here (African American) two Caucasian families come in maybe 20 mins after me and they both got seen before me. I was told by front desk that they go by what looks to be more important.

I came to the ER after being rear-ended in a car accident and experiencing pain in my head, back, neck and knee. Since arriving, I have watched multiple walk-in patients who arrived AFTER me get called back before me.

My fiancé finally went to the front desk to ask what was going on. The employee told him that I would be next. Fine. We sat back down and waited.

Then they called ANOTHER person before me.

What makes the situation even more upsetting is that the same employee who specifically told us I would be next could hear us discussing the fact that I had just been skipped AGAIN, and she said absolutely nothing. No explanation. No apology. No clarification. Nothing.

I fully understand that this is an emergency room and patients may be seen according to medical urgency rather than arrival time. That is not my issue. My issue is watching patient after patient who arrived after me be taken back, asking staff about it, being specifically told I was next, and then watching them take yet another person while the employee who told us otherwise sat there and offered no explanation whatsoever.

At this point, the way I’ve been treated has made me feel ignored, disrespected, and genuinely concerned about whether I am being treated differently from other patients. I came here because I was injured in a car accident—not because I wanted to spend my evening begging hospital employees to acknowledge that I’m waiting for medical attention.

If there was a legitimate triage reason for other patients being taken first, someone could have simply explained that. Instead, I was given information that wasn’t honored and then completely ignored when it happened again.

I am STILL WAITING as I write this.

The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy from the front desk has been unacceptable. Once I am finally seen, I will be updating this review with the remainder of my experience.

Patients shouldn’t have to repeatedly advocate for themselves just to get basic communication from an emergency department.

Be very wary of the misleading 5-star reviews for this place. While we were there, the receptionist pressured my wife other into leaving a 5 star review, saying, 'I'd love to read it before you leave.' That is NOT genuine feedback, it's deeply inappropriate in a medical setting and it says everything about their priorities, which is image over true patient care. If you're suffering and in pain, don't expect compassion here. This review is for the sake of their future patients, not for them.

This place needs a zero stars. I took my daughter tonight because she was having trouble breathing. They had NO sense of urgency after we told them she can’t breathe! Keep in mind lobby was empty! We were the only ones there. Filling out online forms were more important than my daughter breathing. After I complained that it can be filled out while she’s getting checked is when the nurse calls her in but did want me to go back there with her till forms were completed. The Dr came in with a smirk said “oh she’s just hyperventilating”
Not taking her chest pains or numbness in her hands seriously. Just smiled and said we’ll get her a mask and 2 meds to calm her. Before we accepted treatment front desk lady came in to let us know the visit is $750. What kind of BS urgent care is this. $750 for what!! To not care about people! Even if my Dr knew my daughter was having anxiety attack. It was her first time feeling that way. No bedside manner from the moment we walked in till the moment we walked out refusing treatment. Worst urgent care I’ve ever been too! Never again!
