By far the worst place ever. The staff is not helpful and won't return your calls. They will not help with paperwork needed to return back to work. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was blessed 1 year ago when those who loved and cared for me helped to get me involved in the Intensive Outpatient Program in Sugar Land.
The IOP program was wonderful. The nurses, therapists, and physicians on my case were very caring and competent. This program saved my life in the literal sense, in addition to being 'eye-opening' on a different level. This was genuinely the best gift (outside of my amazing children) that I am likely to receive in my life.
Eternally grateful for each and every person involved in my care once I arrived!

You can admit yourself in and be competent to do this but you are not competent to release yourself. The paperwork has a clause that they keep you for 7-14 days without having to release you and you are not informed of this. But they are quick to call loved ones that there will be an outstanding balance and how would you like to take care of this. Almost all facilities allow for patient to check themselves out after 24 hours. Not this place. Do not go there.

I spent most of May at this facility. I gave it three stars because there are so many polar opposites there. The communication is abysmal. ONE person took the time to respond to my family and keep them updated. That was Roma, the Therapist from Unit 200. Literally nobody else.
Besides that, Roma provided a “safe space” during group therapy sessions. No matter what kind of shenanigans were happening in the unit, I felt that group was literally safe. There was sometimes music therapy where Roma would either choose songs or take requests from group members. I may not know the songs, but I could feel the cathartic release from participating. The main reason is that Roma cares!!!!
Like I mentioned above, there are polar opposites. I would have given one star for communication, but for Roma. I would have given five stars for Roma’s group sessions. This sounds like a Roma review instead of a Voyages review, but Roma was literally the part of my stay at Voyages that was most cathartic.
There were a lot of rude staff and a lot of kind staff (thanks tech Abi!). Again polar opposites.
The lack of communication was the worst.
But three stars total.

My daughter was admitted two days ago. She has seizures and they said she was faking. She has asked to receive a ROI so the facility could speak to me. They told her they don’t reward bad behavior and refuse to give her the form. I have called several times to speak with the owner about this matter and no one has reached out. She was calling a few times a day and sent I called there she as longer called me. This leads me to believe that phone privileges have been taken away.

My outpatient experience at this facility was genuinely supportive. The staff, Crystal and Tasha, treated me with respect and listened without judgment. I felt cared for throughout my treatment, and the program is helping me feel more like myself.

Crystal & Latasha I’ve had a genuinely positive experience with this therapy group. From the start, the environment felt safe, respectful, and welcoming, which made it much easier to open up at my own pace. The facilitators are thoughtful and attentive—they do a great job guiding conversations without forcing anything, and they make sure everyone feels heard. What stood out most to me is how supportive the group dynamic is; people show up for each other in a real way, without judgment. I’ve gained new perspectives, practical coping tools, and a stronger sense that I’m not alone in what I’m working through. It’s been a meaningful part of my growth, and I’m really grateful to be part of it.

Ms. Natasha and Ms. Krystal were excellent for outpatient care. They really took their time to make sure everyone was on the same page. Each session was a delight!

I want to say a BIG thank you to the staff here at Vultures behavioral Hospital.
I spent two weeks in unit 200 and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. They cared so much. They made sure everyone felt safe and well taken care of. Thank you staff members for caring for ALL patients. May God bless y'all. 💕

I am beyond frustrated with the level of care and communication at this facility. My relative was brought in involuntarily over 72 hours ago, and despite numerous calls and repeated attempts to get information, we have received no meaningful updates whatsoever.
Every time we reach out, we are given the same empty reassurance that “someone will contact us,” yet no one ever follows through. The staff has been consistently unresponsive and unwilling to provide even the most basic information about my sibling’s condition or status. This lack of transparency is not only unacceptable -- it is deeply alarming.
At this point, the situation raises serious concerns about how this facility operates. From our experience, it feels like patients may be kept longer than necessary while families are left completely in the dark. There are also troubling concerns about whether unnecessary treatments or medications are being administered without proper communication or justification.
The complete absence of accountability, communication, and urgency in a situation like this is inexcusable. What should be a place focused on care and patient well-being instead feels opaque and deeply concerning. This has been an incredibly distressing experience for our family, and we expected far better. Voyages needs to provide answers ASAP, you are dealing with people's loved ones and lives.
