Thank you Frank and Stephanie for the opportunity to sell your mom's Clearview Gardens Co-Op. Finding a cash buyer helped us close in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with you.
When we decide to sell our home of almost 30 years ,we wanted an experienced realtor ,that's why we decided to go with Wayne Ross ,we knew he was the right person for the job . Our house was in contract for the full asking price in about 10 days , he was more than helpful moving along the sale . Selling or buying a home is always a stressful situation , Wayne kept the stress at a minimum, always answering our questions and was very helpful keeping an eye on my property since we had left town to live in Pa , we are very glad he was our realtor

Thank you Hui "Hannah" Chen for your fantastic review and I wish you many years of happiness in your new home.
I had tried to sell my house through another real estate agent and had no luck. When the contract expired I met with Wayne Rose. He is a true professional. He showed us what we needed to do to make our house more sellable. He brought in professional photographer to take photos of our house. He is very knowledgeable in what houses are selling for in the area. He helped us set a price and sell our house quickly for a price we were very happy with. I would definitely use Wayne Rose again or recommend him for anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I appreciate having had the opportunity to work with you and your family.
Mr. Wayne Rose assisted me in renting out 2 residential apartments in College Point. Understanding how important it was to find a good tenant, he was very thorough and diligent in going through the applications. After reviewing them, he would highlight the pros and cons of each applicant and provide his feedback based on his years of expertise. He was patient, responsive, reliable, professional, and efficient as he rented both of my units in a timely fashion. Do yourself a favor and hire Wayne for the job. I am very happy with his services!

Thank you Jane for posting about your experience working with me.
Wayne Rose is a staple in northern queens, especially college point, where he is deeply rooted. He continues the family legacy, where the name Rose rings bells, and sells many homes. He is a true gentleman, that has knowledge, and professionalism, that is unmatched. His marketing material, and professional photographs, bring attention to the sale.
He’s the hardest working man, in the business. Wayne sold my home, and my experience, was exactly what anyone looking to sell there home, should be..
Thanks Wayne. Spiro C.
