Wayne Rose is a true professional realtor. My family has purchased three homes from him , he even helped me when I purchased a home from another realtor and helped me get a inspector to insure that the home I was buying was up to par, he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in the job he does

We reached out to Wayne Rose, an experienced Agent with several questions regarding our property, even though we were not in the process of buying or selling. He was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and generous with his time. He took the time to clearly answer all of our questions and provided valuable insight that was very helpful to us as landlords.
What truly stood out was his professionalism and follow-through—he even called us back to share additional information that he thought would benefit us. That level of care and attention speaks volumes.
We highly recommend Wayne Rose of Century homes Realty Group in College Point to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, experienced, reliable, and genuinely helpful real estate professional.
Thank you very much Lisa for talking the time to write the review for me. I'm glad I could be of assistance.

He was efficient, very easy to work with. His availability to discuss issues associated with buyers was also comforting. His presence in the College Point, and Whitestone is also excellent and knows all of the buyers out there. I highly recommend Wayne Rose to list your home with! He is now a great friend and integral part of this community!
Thank you, Jimmy and Kat, for your wonderful review and recommendation. I’m glad I was able to be at your side to walk you through through the sales process. Together we were able to coordinate the sale of your old home with the completion of the new home you were building. Over the years you have been a huge supporter of the College Point community and were lucky you will continue to serve the town through the Coastal Preservation Network and the local civic. Its a pleasure working with you on all of our endeavors.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Wayne Rose during the purchase of our condominium. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. His kindness and genuine desire to help made a huge difference, especially during moments that could have easily felt overwhelming. We truly felt supported throughout the entire journey. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor.

Wayne Rose is an exceptional realtor!
We first met Wayne as tenants in a home he was listing. He was always respectful and gave us plenty of notice before showings. Later, when we were struggling to find a new apartment after months of searching, Wayne stepped in to help. He listened to our needs and budget—and found us the perfect place within a week!
Wayne is professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate agent.
Thank you very much Judi for your review. I really appreciated your cooperation and I am so happy to have been able to find you a new home. I know searching for a new place to live can be stressful but that's over. May you enjoy your new apartment.

I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Wayne Rose for his outstanding work on the recent sale of my house. He put together a professional description of my house with pictures on all the major web sites. He gave me access to Listtrac that showed me all the sales visits to the house. He is experienced with real estate sales in College Point for decades. He provided guidance thru the entire sales process. Our lawyer calculated the transfer tax wrong and Wayne helped us correct it. Also, he helped us prepare for the final walkthough. He did whatever it takes to close the sales. He helped me empty the contents of the house, etc. He went above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent. He can use me as a reference any time.
Thank you Chris and Nancy for your five star review. We all worked hard to get Janice's house sold. Its unfortunate that buyers today request that a two family home be delivered vacant so they can renovate the property and pick the own tenants. It was very nice that you required the buyers to keep the tenant. I don't mind getting my hands dirty from time to time to do some yardwork or help finish emptying a house out. It's tough when you don't live in the area so I'm glad I could help out and get the job done.
