My parent’s vehicle was initially brought in to have transmission work done. Due to the complexity of the transmission malfunctioning, AAMCO kept the vehicle for four months. When we got the vehicle back the transmission was working well and we were thankful to Lou that they took their time to figure out what was wrong…. Until we got the vehicle home, we realized the rotors were switched out and replaced with warped rotors. Which in turn makes the whole car shake when the brake is pressed. 2,000 miles were put on the car and the right bumper was popped out as though the car was in an accident. We don’t recommend because of all the other things that transpired outside of the transmission being fixed!

My truck has been in the shop for almost three weeks! Everyday it’s a different lie. Everyday it’ll be ready tomorrow. I went to this place despite the horrible reviews and now I regret ever doing it. Plus I just looked at my bill and $149.50 for transmission fluid?! Are you freaking serious? My bill was almost $6,000. That was already grossly overpriced and now you’re taking forever with my vehicle, but I bet you’re going to want your money on time, right? I will never in my life come back to this place and if my truck is not ready tomorrow YOU WILL SEE MY FACE because this is ridiculous. I wish I could give ZERO STARS.

Don't go here customer service is horrible. They lie & try to rob you with these prices. They stated one price & said our truck would be ready in 3 days called on third day & the price doubled & they had not started repair. Beware you don't want to go there. I wish I could give a negative.
