- Moderators with judgement. You can tell a furious-but-genuine customer from a competitor with a grudge, and you can explain the difference in writing.
- Backend engineers who like it simple. The stack is plain PHP and MySQL, on purpose. If a framework is your comfort blanket, this isn't the place.
- Frontend engineers who weigh things. Kilobytes, contrast ratios, tab order. We ship no JavaScript we can't justify.
- Growth people who read the logs. You'd rather look at what visitors actually searched for than at a slide about it.
- A first salesperson for business plans. You'd be the person businesses talk to, from zero.

- Remote, small, and quiet — most decisions happen in a doc, not a meeting.
- Changes ship in small pieces behind flags, so nothing is ever a big launch.
- Whoever is closest to a problem owns the call on it.
- Fake reviews are the enemy. Everything else is negotiable.
