The agent and staff at Allstate-John Huynh's office are all so helpful and friendly that you are definitely in "good hands." They are there for you when you need help filing a claim, with any policy questions or issues, account/app set up, making a payment, etc. They even work with you to find the best possible pricing that's to your liking. If you can't come into the office, they will be happy to help you over the phone! All of their staff are patient, understanding, and hard-working, helping their clients answer all of their questions. I highly recommend this agency!

Horrible Agent. Reached out to me to give me a quote and instead of having my best interest first, he had his own. He automatically asked if I wanted coverage by cost or actual coverage. Meaning did I just want something cheap or did I actually want to cover my home? Having my best interest would have been to cover me the best way possible which would assure that I am not paying for a policy that is not going to cover anything if/when I need it. The second thing - he automatically put my policy with a 2% deductible. This would mean that there would be no coverage until I paid $3000 out of pocket first, instead of the standard 1% at $1,500 for a $150,000 policy for the coverage of my home. He said most people just want it cheap and do not complain until they need it and realize it is not the best coverage. I advised him that I preferred not to move forward with him because of his manner of practice and chose to just hang up. He is very unprofessional and only out to make money and does not care about the loss his customers may experience in the future. The sad part is that he is aware of what is going to happen to the customer because it has happened before.
