Terrific place I always got the help that I needed even if I had insurance somewhere else I always got the Great hospitality. The customer service is terrific on the phone and off the phone and make you feel like you're part of the family. I wouldn't recommend no one else other than Atchison agency.

They always answer calls, personally, in office. They have answers to questions, and solutions to problems. You can tell they actually care about getting things fixed and back to normal as quickly as possible. Personal service that you don't find much anymore.

I am currently have business with Allstate for so many years since 2003 my cars and Home insurance . I switched only 2017 for only experience to be sure , how they are servicing clients but I never had satisfied with competitor company that I switched .
As my past experiences I would recommend Allstate to everyone and I am happy to select Allstate gain.

Changing a Negative into a Positive:
I was concerned when I didn’t receive a call from the owner, especially since I have been with this agency for more than 26 years. Found out earlier, that he was calling my son phone😂 When the owner returned phone call I was pleased to know that he does check his emails 👌🏾 He was apologetic for the incident and I wasn’t expecting no one to lose their job, but only to understand to respect and have patience with all customers.

This was the situation:
The representative that was saying I was speaking over her, but if she reading quotes straight from the app, yes I’m going to interrupt because you not listening to what I’ve told you about what I see on the app that you was not reading or didn’t see. When wearing authority all wrong, where you feel you don’t have to answer to no one, this rubs me the wrong way.

This was the outcome:
I’m asking for explanation and you’re frustrated. Maybe she was having a bad day, but luckily there is always one representative that has that patient and respectful to all her customers, in the case is a young lady name Iris saved the day.
Thank you Iris for being one of those people that behind a Agency that is growing. Iris words can not express how much you made me feel that day after a going wrong situation. Dereck, again thank you for being a good listener and making me feel that my business with your agency is important.
