Talk about an amazing team they have here at five star! They helped me get a home out in the woodlands area. They were extremely helpful and made sure all my needs were met, without a doubt one of the best companies out there to help you find a nice home! Thank you !

Cynthia Gurley is an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s helped me with home, flood and auto in the past, and again most recently with the addition of another vehicle. When I started my search for a unique car, I reached out to Cynthia to get an idea of pricing options and appropriate coverage. When I finally found what I was looking for, a rare and very special classic, Cynthia worked her magic to ensure I had coverage within the same day. Highly knowledgeable, responsive and just a delight to talk to, I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you once again, Cynthia!

Cynthia Gurley is a joy to work with. Not only did she help us save money (around $1500 for both policies), her patience in answering my questions was much appreciated. I wish we had Cynthia as our agent in the past because I can tell that she really cares about her clients. Ask for her if you’re shopping for new insurance!

Thank you for such a glowing review, Erica! We’re so happy to hear about your positive experience with Cynthia. Saving money while providing exceptional service is exactly what we aim for, and we’re thrilled that Cynthia’s patience and dedication made such a great impression. If you ever need anything else, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Best as I can remember my husband and I have had Allstates since 1977. Any claims we had were paid promptly. I recently retired and was looking for cost savings. Marc set me up with Drive Wise which helped. I do recommend their agency!

Michelle went above and beyond to help me make the switch to Marc Maddox Allstate to bundle my home and auto insurance. I talked with her on the phone several times and via email while I was doing my research, and she answered my MANY questions for two weeks before I made the decision to switch. She never pressured me and always interacted with me in a patient and professional manner. I have recently spoken with several agencies across different insurance companies who all made me feel like a number with constant pushes to "close the deal." (Which is exactly why I had put off shopping for insurance!) Michelle's excellent customer service skills are the reason I chose this agency. In the long run, she saved me some money, but in the big picture, she helped me protect my home and vehicles with proven, reliable and trustworthy insurance that gives me priceless peace of mind.

Thank you so much for the kind words Annie, I really appreciate it. And yes, Michelle is amazing and a vital part of our team. And I certainly understand your situation, the world of insurance has changed so much over the last few years and not for the better. I still try to operate this business with old school values and patience. This crazy new world of high pressure insurance selling is just not for me and I feel that most customers would agree with that sentiment. Building relationships is more valuable than building numbers. But thank you again for taking the time to post this and I will certainly let Michelle know. Let us know if you ever need anything at all or have any questions.
