It was a fast easy application , did everything over the phone 5 minutes, went to dealer test drive the car and in 20 minutes out with the car .. good personal very , honest and helpful .. great experience.. ask for Edgar he will help you all the way ..

Two years ago. We bought a 2016 Buick Encore. At the time we thought it was a good deal but we were SO WRONG. We have spent thousands of dollars fixing multiple problems and and top of everything the vehicle has been locked by a device. I contacted them to ask for help and they have ignored us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE!

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating unexpected vehicle issues can be. You are contacting us two years after purchasing the vehicle.!! Like with any used car, no one knows the complete history of the vehicle. You say a device was installed that shuts it off; we didn't install that. This was a cash sale, and we don't install any type of device on cash sales. It was most likely installed a long time ago, so why are you blaming us? We do our best to sell good cars, which is why many families keep coming back to us. We can't predict what will happen to a vehicle over time.
