Definitely one of the more greater experiences at a car dealership. Provided me with several options within my budget and I was able to start the process the same day after I came to a conclusion. This is my second car I bought from them.. One of the best car dealers in Houston. Super easy process.... Jose was my salesperson on both of my car deals. Jose is one of the most helpful sales agents I seen in a long time.... On top of that, the Cartex staff is super professional, and always on point when it comes to communication. I purchased my BMW from here 4 years ago, had no issues whatsoever with it and whenever i needed maintenance on it they refer you to mechanics and have discount prices for anything you need from changing oil to installing a new radio system. Recommended this place to my younger brother who just bought his Mercedes CLK from here and its perfect! Would recommend this place to anyone. Just by looking and test driving the cars you can tell they're in perfect condition.
