I recently relocated from New York to the Houston area and began exploring my options for auto insurance. I've been insured with State Farm since I got my driver’s license and have always had positive experiences. That said, I was surprised to learn how much higher car insurance rates can be in Houston.
Thankfully, I had the pleasure of working with Jessica to create a bundled renters and auto insurance policy. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to find a solution that provided solid coverage while helping me save money. Her exceptional customer service made the entire process smooth and stress free.

We have had a family policy with Jose Jimenez for YEARS, we were informed that two of our vehicles were denied renewal. We understood and went about to find a new insurance for them, they had given us a date by when we needed to find new insurance (3 month grace period). We had continuously asked if it would only be those two vehicles and not the family plan. Then with no notice or report when calling to make a payment we were informed that they would no longer be insuring us for the upcoming month for all the vehicles. We had NO NOTICE, just a casual "Oh did you know". This was super unprofessional from their part, we could have been given a notice like they had with the other vehicles and not given us the run around. We are completely disappointed.

Awesome company and crew! Everyone at this State Farm office is helpful, but I especially want to shout out Jessica—she really came through for me. She stayed past closing to make sure my policy was finalized, and her customer service was top-notch. On top of that, she helped me find the best coverage while saving me money. Truly appreciate the dedication and professionalism!

Jessica was very sweet and helpful ! When I was buying a car and needed full coverage insurance she stayed after hours just to make sure I got the insurance I needed even when it took forever ! She called me a couple of days later to let me know my insurance rate had went down when she did not have to go out of her way to do so. If they can have someone that nice working for them and loves their job, it’s says a lot about their company. If you get the pleasure of working with her, you will not regret it !
