Possibly my best auto shop experience ever. My car looks brand new (some front fender/bumper damage was repaired), it was ready when promised, and the hand-detailed exterior and interior car cleaning was a pleasant surprise. Ron was great to deal with - walked me through the estimate so I understood what each charge was for and the work was reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I can’t be happier with the level of customer service and work they did on my car. The owner is great to deal with the the repair of my bumper, taillight, and quarter panel made it look brand new. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I can’t say enough nice things about Ron and his team. We unfortunately moved about 50 minutes away from Ron and I’ve been forced to use a couple of the local guys for immediate repairs. It’s a night and day difference. I miss being so close to Ron! He’s a straight shooter, will tell you like it is, and genuinely wants what is best for you. Go to Ron and his team, you won’t regret it!

Had some coolant leaking and took it in. After it was fixed I noticed it was still leaking. Took my truck in again and Ron looked at it immediately and found a second problem and fixed that the same day. Didn’t even charge me labor for the second appointment. Will be going back if I have any other problems

Ron and his team are amazing! I worked with Ron to fix a car of someone else I hit. He made the process so easy for me to pay him directly and made the person feel really comfortable to leave her car in his care. Car was fixed like new within 48 hours. I previously got a quote from another body shop in the area which was double what Ron quoted me. There were no surprises at the end and I ended up paying the amount quoted. Stand-up guy with amazing service! Highly recommend!!

Ron and his team at midtown are second to none. By far the best customer service, quality work, consistent communication and efficiency of any repair shop I’ve been to. I have zero hesitation to take my truck here for all things car related. I hesitate to take my truck anywhere worried that I’ll be ripped off or provided with subpar maintenance and repairs. Ron has kept my vehicle running and looking like new. As a new Houstonian, I’m so thankful to have found this shop!

Took my car here for collision repair and Ron was so helpful, communicative, and did great work on my car. I've had a nightmare of an experience with another body shop before this and my experience at Midtown was an absolute dream in comparison. Will definitely be taking my car here in the future.
