If you are a customer here and are relying on this office to shop your policies and keep your best interest at hand, don’t. I shopped my own policies and other companies couldn’t believe what I was paying for both auto and home insurance. Thousands of dollars more than I should have. If you are a customer here I would look into your what you are paying.

I had a not so great experience; however, I contacted their office and somehow, someway - was blessed to have my inquiry land on the desk of Ann Johnson. Incredible! She knew exactly why I was upset and for that day, she made me feel like I was the only customer Mike Powell Insurance Agency had. I'm still a little peeved over having the issue I had to begin with but this gem of a lady smoothed it over and at least got me headed in the right direction. Don't lose this lady! She gets it! So grateful for you Ann!

Ann Johnson was wonderful to work with. She took the time to look at what I had currently for insurance. Found me a policy through another company the cost lest with better coverage. She explained things so I can understand them; took the time to answer all of my questions. She worked with my limited time between when my coverage with laps and my busy work schedule. Always called me back.

If I had known changing insurance would’ve been this easy, I would’ve done it last time I needed to renew.

I want to thank Gabby R. for her excellent service. She went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. Nobody really likes having to talk about Home & Auto Insurance, which is draining, but she was very helpful by explaining everything to me regarding my coverages.
