Breakfast included??? 😆 🤣 😂 total misinformation!!! Unless you want to pour your coffee from old machine. .
Hotel staff is incompetent- they don't know what the word "blanket " is....
My bad didn't have blanket- just single cotton sheet. I went to the office and asked for a blanket- was told that hotel doesn't have blankets and I was given padded mattress cover to keep me warm.. . .
The only good thing I can say about my stay is that the cleaning crew work hard to keep room clean.

Really nice stay. Hotel staff was extremely nice. I lost my card multiple times and they were so nice with replacing them. The suites legit took my breath away with the size and modern looks. The house keeping every day was something that has since made me spoiled to that kind of service. Thanks for the great stay!

Booked a one night stay for the Rodeo.
There isn’t really a lobby. Just a person behind a glass window. I was a little concerned.

Check-in was relatively quick and our room was clean, spacious, and updated. Especially for the low price we paid, I was very satisfied.

Would book here again for short trips to Houston. It’s a bit far from the busy areas, so you’re gonna have to drive in traffic. But the low cost of the room easily offset that.

Easy access since it’s right off the highway.

Came into town for a funeral and not being from the area didn’t know where NOT to stay. This is the place NOT TO STAY! The manager or owner was so incredibly rude I almost left but didn’t have time to find another place. I booked a non-smoking room and he asked me several times if I was sure because they had smoking rooms. Yes, I’m sure. My room was not the cleanest and all the furniture was pulled out about a foot from the walls. French fries behind the nightstand… Sheets are average and there is a duvet cover but no duvet. No blanket on the bed. Was very strange. No coffee maker either! Was definitely the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. And yes, it’s a Motel not a Hotel. Rooms are not interior and all doors are facing the parking lot. Do not book or stay at this rude, unclean motel.

I moved from Ohio to Houston and this was the first Hotel to accept cash, also I stayed a extended stay with my two daughters and the stay was really good no problems at all, and as I read about the deposit it was 100$ and refundable. The rooms were clean and fresh the kitchen was clean the housekeeper was great at their job and I had a great experience.. I recommend it, If we don’t find a place soon maybe I’ll be back for a another week. Great and reasonable place to stay.

Read ALL REVIEWS!! Pictures from owner shown are over 2 years old. We were arriving early evening to Houston and had friends that booked a room at this hotel. It looked nice enough when we all met up in the parking lot. I was able to see a little bit of the inside of the room at a glance that they were staying in and it looked clean and accommodating. As all of us were leaving the parking lot we decided to call and book a room. The man on the phone was so rude you can't get a word in edgewise. I asked about this $50 deposit and why it had to be cash and why I can't get a receipt for it if I'm going to book the room and was told that was the policy of their establishment it wasn't going to change for me nor any other customer that has brought it to his attention before me. Very shady this $50 deposit I think someone should look into it as I have worked in upscale hotels before on the coast of Texas I am almost positive that a $50 cash deposit that is non-refundable is more than suspicious I would not recommend we did not book The Room rude rude rude. I've stayed in many hotels in the last 16 months and even in the worst parts of that dirty south have never come across such rude Behavior especially for the front desk staff. First impressions are everything they can make and break your business people please read all reviews. I don't want to hear that you looked over the cameras or that you did this or that and did not find me as a guest you're right I would never ever have state I'm so glad I called him first.

Well made, clean rooms, amazing customer service, and great prices. That's what this hotel rocks!

We got to the inn a little early, around 11:30, but check in was at 2. We asked about any chance of early check in, but none of the rooms were ready quite yet. Instead, the front desk took our phone number and called us an hour later, while we were running errands, to inform us our room was ready! Even better, we somehow got an upgrade! I payed for a queen size bed, but got a king instead!

Driving up to the Platinum, you might get motel vibes. 2 floors, exposed doors to most or all rooms. Balcony walkways. But when you walk in, you are greeted with an amazing suite! Dark, modern furniture, a very wide, open room, great lighting, clean bathroom with a comfortable sized bath/shower, and tall ceilings. I was amazed with the quality of it all. I felt like I was at a hotel 3 or 4 times the price. Yeah, the TV was kinda lack luster with no guide and basic channels, but who travels just to watch TV I their hotel room?

And lastly the price! I was searching for a hotel last minute and all I found was high end suites for 3X the price, or low end roach motels for a similar price. Then I found the Platinum Inn and was shocked. Such a low price, no hidden fees, and the photos looked to good to be real. I'm telling you, it's real.

Highly recommend it. I'm traveling back to Houston soon, and I might just stay again!

Great stay. Came in for the Rodeo and we stayed for 2 nights and we were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and the overall affordability of the room as well. The staff interactions were minimal but they were on top of security there with camera/video recording at multiple locations of the property as seen on the large big screen TV in the front office which does make you feel at ease knowing your vehicle is safe. The property is pretty much surrounded by a gate or wall which to me felt safer. Overall, room was very clean including the bathroom... Spotless, the parking was simple, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the location was good for us. Recommended

Amazing friendly service, beautifully renovated sparkling clean rooms, and a great price. The mattress was comfortable with clean sheets. There were even brilliant white towels, two toothe brushes and sweet smelling soap. My only complaint would be that there was not a coffee pot in the room. Everything else was PERFECT!

It was unfortunately in a location that had way too much construction, making getting around for food a chore. The rooms were absolutely spotless and a wonder to sleep and be in. Bathrooms always scrubbed and sheets changed. The lobby left something to be desired, being only the size of a closet, but the workers were all very nice and professional. Even fixing our keys when they glitched out. Although we couldn't understand how to get the stove top to work, the fridge was nice and big but microwave a little small.
