Huge thank you to Nina and Albert for an exceptional car buying experience at Porsche North Houston! From start to finish I felt that I was treated as a truly valued customer, their team was HONEST, flexible and delivered on all commitments to ensure I was happy with my purchase of a pre-owned AMG E63S. Another thing to point out is that showroom spaces are incredible, waiting area is so well designed with comfortable seats and great views to the neat working area for us car enthusiasts, and kitchen space is stocked so much better than most other showrooms I have been to - definitely a best in class place! Highly recommend them as their pre-owned inventory is in superb condition, reliable and well priced. And most importantly the car I bought from them puts a smile on my face every single time I turn on that V8 german made engine.

This is a place everyone should approach with caution when considering doing business.

My experience while attempting to purchase a pre-owned vehicle was far from satisfactory. The process felt unnecessarily complicated, particularly due to the inclusion of significant add-ons that did not align with the value being presented.

The sales team appeared limited in their ability to address concerns or provide flexibility, which made the interaction less productive than expected. From a customer standpoint, there seemed to be a disconnect between the brand’s positioning and the actual sales approach. Sorry Mr Albert I believe

I will be sharing my feedback through the appropriate channels, as I believe experiences like this deserve attention and reflection.

This was my first Porsche, and Mario Cajic made the entire experience exceptional. He took the time to let me test drive several 911s and thoroughly explained the differences between each model and their unique nuances. His knowledge and professionalism really stood out.

The overall experience was truly five stars. I never felt rushed or pressured at any point, and Mario kept me updated throughout the entire process. Everything felt smooth, transparent, and enjoyable.

I have so many great things to say about working with Federico at Porsche North Houston! Federico answered my questions directly and went the extra mile to get me the information I needed. Had a deal done completely remotely and out of state. I appreciate the patience of the salesman, and he did everything he could to smooth out the process. Such a great car-buying experience. They don't fool around; they are straight to the point with prices, which are amazing. The entire experience was quick and painless. I emailed or texted some questions I had; Federico answered every one without any “sales games." The final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). I’ll definitely do business with them again. Within days of buying the car, they shipped it to my door ASAP. Yes, I love how Federico and I bonded on this transaction.
