Dr. NASH has been my doctor for 8 years now He and his staff is always friendly and courteous. Very attentive to my needs. Been going to Merdian since 2019 and Avant 2 years prior to that.

This place hasn't changed. 2nd floor nurse, Raquel, fell down on the job. Now Jen can't get mom's doctor to answer the phone after hours. Second day mom is without her meds!!!!

There is such a high level of care. The staff is always kind and listens to our concerns. My mother feels comfortable there and comes out stronger. The case manager La Shawn is amazing and makes sure mom is comfortable at Encompass and once she is released
