From the moment I entered, I was greeted with warmth and compassion. My nurse was exceptional, providing unwavering care throughout my stay. Additionally, my doctor was highly skilled and dedicated to alleviating my discomfort.
If you are seeking emergency medical attention, this facility is highly recommended.

My experience at River Oaks was great, I would recommend it to anyone. Took my 86 year old mother to the ER around midnight thinking I would have a bad experience due to past events but surprisingly I was amazed. I want to give a special thanks to Jessica, the young lady in the ER registration she was such a great help…It’s nice seeing a friendly face when dealing with a visit to the hospital. Nurses are great as well. Overall service was great and an easy process.

Great experience with them attending my mom from prepping before surgery to post surgery and discharge. Audris was awesome during her pre-op prep. Aleida, Christina, Kaitlyn, Brianna, Felicia, Jeena and a couple of others whose name has slipped my mind were super attentive and always making sure she was comfortable and had what she needed. Amber the PT was patient and also did a great job explaining the exercises and seeing that she did them. Complimentary valet is a great service especially when having to attend to your loved ones who can’t walk and I can’t say enough about the people at the cafeteria, good service director and the nurses in pre-admissions doing the blood work as well as the gentlemen who does the paperwork in pre-admitting.
All hospitals should be like this one where you truly are a patient and they are empathetic with your situation. Thanks also to Ms. Anisa Ali for helping mom with setting up the home health for her to continue PT at home. We were truly blessed to have such caring people attending my mom and making her stay an exceptional one. God bless y’all 🙏

I want to say that I had the most pleasant 6 day stay at ROH, from the moment I was received with a wheelchair to take me upstairs to my room by Mrs. Beatrice. Everyone from that moment on was so pleasant, sweet and helpful they made me and my husband feel very welcome.
A big Thank you to the ENTIRE staff of the 6th floor. To all the nurses, techs, assistants thank you so much for the dedication you guys give on a day by day basis.Everyone was so polite, respectful and pleasant. If you are not told on a daily “Thank you” just know that I appreciate all that you do, and Thank you! You all made me feel welcomed in a time that I was at my worst. You made my husband feel ok leaving me at night because he was leaving me in good hands. Also thank you to the kitchen staff that came in to take the food orders, and to the housekeeping lady.
To my physicians, doctors, specialists, therapist, anesthesiologist, pain management. The way ROH is designed so that everyone comes to see you in your room, well that’s amazing! From the bottom of my heart Thank you!! I am forever grateful and thankful for ROH.

They took really good care of me one of the best emergency rooms i been to. They where very understand and also very thorough. I wish they had more places like this. Thank you for making my stomach better and thank you for just every thing yall did to make me feel better. I wish they would have more places like this one where they actually care and listen to you and not just think of something that is wrong with you and send you on you way. Today, my husband had a C.T Scan
here at East Houston hospital and clinic. Upon arriving, we were greeted outside the entrance to the registration office. By Ms Bertha with the most pleasant attitude. Then while waiting on Ms. Brittany to finish his paperwork. I observed a DR. literally out in this area speaking to the people who had come with his patients. He was a very nice guy and he had patience with the one's who had concerns and questions. Then there's Ms. Brittany, her bubbly personality just light up this whole room. Pleasant, patient and very helpful to me.
It's our first time here BUT I would recommend this facility to anyone

I brought my mom here to have a port-a-cath installed prior to starting cancer treatment. From the front desk, to the greeter, to the nurses, and doctors everyone was attentive and kind. We were in and out before we knew it. My thanks go to DrS.Gidwani and Schultz and the rest of the hospital staff.

Very experienced team. I have had to experience many surgeries from different Hospitals and doctors. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Gidwani. He performed surgery on my left leg 1/8/2025. I am looking forward to my right leg surgery. I do not trust just anyone. He and all the nurses including the anesthesia Dr. are very experienced. You can rest assured of this hospital to take good care of you. The front desk receptionist was so prepared and helpful. I thank Jesus for everyone's care for and of me.
