Be careful when going to auto nation. If you want your car repaired correctly and in a timely manner, make sure you get the service tech whose last name is Vu. My car has been in and out of the shop since April and it is now July and I just got my car back. They made their mistakes right with my car, but the time it took to get this fixed was ridiculous.

I just got my car serviced my first time at AutoNation and it was a smooth experience. Everyone there was very kind and helpful. The waiting room was clean and the service was quick and easy. Nobody tried to push anything on me, which I really appreciated. I don’t know too much about cars so no one took advantage of that and also took the time to explain to me some things to look out for.

Hey everyone,

I just had to share some fantastic news about my recent car-buying adventure at Toyota Center! As many of you know, getting your very first vehicle can feel a bit overwhelming, but my experience was genuinely amazing, all thanks to one incredible person.

My salesperson, Yhoiel, was an absolute superstar. He made the entire process incredibly smooth and stress-free, which was such a relief for a first-time buyer like me. He was so patient, answered all my questions (and believe me, I had a lot!), and just provided top-notch customer service from start to finish. He really went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and comfortable with everything.

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I'm so grateful for his help.
