Excellent service as usual by my Service Advisor. Great experience for a number of years from Omar Reyes who was deserving of promotion to Sales. Prompt and courteous service comtinued rom David Tyson.
Their fairly new Service Manager and Service Supervisor were nowhere to be found and appear to have ruined a great customer service oriented department, when needed I tried 4 times last week and two times today and had to go and get the New car Sales Manager to resolve my issue, and it wasn't my first time dealing with major BMW dealerships, which now feel frustrating due to long wait times, communication gaps, and impersonal treatment and wrong answers I was trying to get through to David Tyson, to see if the rain last week was a problem because Seabrook warnings were also in effect at BMW before I drive all that way! And after 4 times I found out David's mom had past away, but your Gabrielle and others left me on hold without checking on me, and I never said a word to her "superior" she needs customer training, bad.
Also, for the record this dealership did not disappoint! I would highly recommend BMW of Clear Lake for "anyone’s" BMW Service by David only or purchase by Omar Reyes.9

Came in ready to pay out of pocket and James Russel explained to me everything is free after someone told me my warranty didn’t cover brakes. A+++ to Mr Russel and his customer service, along with his patience for each customers needs. Will definitely be back because of his service.
BMW Service Center of Clear Lake is the best BMW service center. I have been to two other service centers and would rate Clear Lake highest on level of trust and service. Joe Zuniga, whom I was taken care of by on most recent visits, was excellent! He was very forthright and took time to explain what was needed, what should be prioritized, and why—truly a blessing to work with!
Another great experience at BMW of Clear Lake yesterday! My Service Advisor Lukas was so professional, friendly, and informative. I would definitely recommend anyone to get their car serviced here!!!
I had some issues show up on my BMW and called as they were able to take me the same day!! That’s was great. David was in contact with my warranty company and kept me updated on every move made. I really appreciated the service and will definitely take me car there in the future if needed

I love this service department, and the great customer service that it consistently provides. My service advisor is typically Gerardo. He’s always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. The technicians are also very skillful. I highly recommend this location for your service needs!
I highly recommend this place. The customer service they provide is the best. My service advisor was Harry Fernández. He is professional, courteous, and will take care of you. The BMW technicians do a great job. I won't take my care anywhere else but BMW Clear Lake!

First time taking my car here for service and I absolutely enjoyed my interaction with my service advisor Cheryl. No pushy upsell and just did whatever I came there for.
They also left my car nice and clean. Unlike the other location which normally leaves my car with greasy oil and dirt on the car seats.
I will definitely come back here and this will my GO-TO BMW service place from now on.

Fidel was incredible. He let us know that our vehicle still had a service left on our maintenance plan. Our vehicle was clean and ready to go in a timely manner!
