Came here after stepping on a rusty nail. They declined to take me in because the picture of my ID was not clearly showing my face. They took insurance and everything with my information on it. I left after not being able to get a picture of my license from my partner. Went to another ER where they took me in without asking for insurance… they asked for all of the information after helping me like it should be.

My wife tried to go in at 0915 on Sunday 06/06/2021. She stood at the door knocking and trying to call for more than 15 minutes. Why? Because the lady attending the front desk was ASLEEP! This is beyond unacceptable! It wasn't until a nurse came around the corner and kicked her chair to wake her up that they realized that patients were outside trying to get in. Stay away from this place!

The bad reviews aren’t kidding guys. There's a reason they have signs trying to convince you to come in. I will say all staff was friendly besides Dr. Nguyen who was there during the morning the morning shift. I came in for an earache and was seen right away however, I was confused as to why I needed labs for something that was obviously an earache (this was partly my fault for going to an ER and not an urgent care). I asked the phlebotomists (who was friendly) if I could speak to the doctor before she drew labs and she agreed. I worked for an ER so I was confused as to why I needed labs for an earache. I asked him why I needed labs and he condescendingly said "This is an emergency room". He also proceed to look at my ear for maybe 1 second total and was like Oh yup that's inflamed. If it was so easy to diagnose why did you feel the need to run an IV on me? He really needs to work on his rapport with his patients. It seemed like he was bothered that he had to answer a question like that isn't part of his job. Any who, would avoid this place. I would hate to see how they treat patients who had an actual emergency

They will ask you for your insurance just till bill you 4000 for barely even doing anything and will wrongfully diagnose you with something.. do not go here unless you want to be in debt. Worse place ever..

I have a fellow veteran who was in severe pain he walks in that clinic and they refused his military tricare insurance ( which I don’t think any medical facility can do anymore after the latest bill passed) and was turned away. His pain was so severe even the police officers they have on staff for security offered to give him a police escort to a real medical facility nearby. We are currently looking for a solution. We have a family law firm and we don’t want to see this occurring to veterans or anyone else for that matter. As for the veteran , He ended up getting an immediate surgery and is currently still at the hospital and this was a few days ago.

If you don't have insurance, don't go here. You can be bleeding all over the floor, and I promise they wont assist you

This place is horrible. i work at a freestanding ER and this makes me appreciate where i work and how well we treat our patients. I brought a someone here last night and it was the worst ER visit EVER!!!! first off I went in and told them that i need a wheel chair and the first thing the chick asked me about was insurance. Did the person have their ins. Forget the part that i needed a wheel chair and someone was in the car needing to get out. we get to the room and the nurse was acting like it was his first time working. NO ONE EXPLAINED the process I had to get up and go ask what was the hold u. WE went in at 830 and left at midnight for a sprain ankle. It took 2 hours for x ray and another hour for the results and another hour for the Dr. to come in. DR. did not come in and do a medical screen (assessment) it was done after the x ray. Where I work We put PATIENTS FIRST. TO ANYBODY WHO GOES TO THE ER AND THE FIRST THING THEY ASK YOU ABOUT IS INSURANCE AND MONEY BEFORE THE DOCTOR DOES AN MEDICAL ASSESSMENT TELL THEM THAT IT IS AN EMTALA VIOLATION!!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE TOOK ALMOST FOUR HOURS FOR SOMETHING SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
