Took my car to 6 shops including 2 trips to the dealer wasting over $4500. These guys were the only one's who figure out the problem. Highly recommended.

Since David started there they rarely answer the phone. Matt is the only one I trusted to deal with. I haven't gone there for awhile because of David. Now that I know that Matt is gone I will absolutely not go there. I will call Matt about checking my car at his shop. Don't waste your time with Elite anymore.

I was referred to this shop by a co-worker and Matt greeted me and took care of me for years. I was unaware that he left when Matt told me to come by after my practice and he would take care of me. I was stopped dead in my tracks. David told me I had to wait for an appointment which was almost 2 weeks from that time. Fast forward…they fixed my breaks and rotors but I left with a flat tire. I was told that it was normal. I barely made it home and had to have it fixed by discount tire the next day because it was too late. They told me that the stem was sticking out the tire and it was put on properly.
Every time I would call David did not have time to talk because there were customers coming in. This shop is 30 miles from my house. I cannot continue to come if I am going to dismissed like the next customer is better.
My next problem was a coolant leak in my car. I explained to him what Matt had told me. He said he had to check it out himself. He came up with the same result. Three days later, my light came back on. I had used the finance company Easy Pay. I told David that I could only use 2 leases at a time because I used it for the brakes and coolant leak. He said they would call. It resulted that they couldn’t fix my car at all because it was used already. That was a whole ordeal. I was told to call as soon as can after on was handled. I did. When I called, he couldn’t take me until 2.5 weeks later. My car is on the brink of destruction. I cannot drive it. I was all out of options. All of this when I thought it was fixed the first time.
They’ve done so much good work for me but these couple of times around has been sub par. I wish it could have been better.

Since Matt left it's not the same. Shoddy work to say the least and the owner has zero interest in making it right. I TRUSTED this place as a single mom, relied on them and they literally sent me on the ROAD after doing my brakes without torquing the lug-nuts on my tires & missing two of them entirely. I was going 75 down the 99 when my tire nearly FLEW off my CAR. Thankfully I got off the road & a man stopped to help me. I do not drive my car that often, to grocery & back a couple times a week which is less than a mile away, so it took time for me to notice the missing lug-nuts. They had the NERVE to say someone could have loosened them, but I pointed out in a video I sent them that even my TIRELOCK was LOOOSE. Im fairly certain people are not driving around with a full suite of wheel lock keys for BMW's just loosening the lug nuts for fun. I have reached out several times and they have completely ignored me. They almost got me killed and not even an apology.(Photos edited due to copyright on logo)

Matt is the absolute truth.. He really cares about his customers and is extremely knowledgeable about these cars.. pricing is extremely fair and the service is A1.. they stand behind their work. Sometimes the communication gets a little mixed up, but in the end Matt and his crew will get it right.. I would 1000% recommend them to ...
UPDATE.. Matt doesn't work there anymore.. I won't be going back.. They had my car for a week and didn't even look at the problem or call to tell me what was going on.. Matt was the only one that communicated well.. damn shame.. gotta find a new shop to work on my benz's

I will never go anywhere else! David at the front is so kind and they are super honest and thorough. They are truly here to help not just get a quick cash grab. Priced very fairly. I got stuck out of town with no way to get my car home so I Googled some reviews for the best place to take a Mercedes.
Wow what a surprise Google was right this time .I think I found one of the most honest ,professional and friendliest shops in Texas.
They only repaired what was needed at a great price and what could have been an expensive repair was pleasantly surprised.
The only issue was that I wish he was located in Dallas area but that's my loss.
Ask for Matt when you call.

Unfortunately, after several years I am having to find a new mechanic. I usually slink away quietly, but I was so disappointed in this experience I have to share. I was out of town and instructed my mom to only use Matt and his team for any needed repairs, that I trusted them and find them reliable…I knew they would take care of my mom.
However, that was not the case. After an $800+ diagnosis came back she agreed to let them handle the issue. My 65+ year old mother then asked for a ride home (something they assured her they could do) and her home is less than a 2 minute drive. (4 minutes round trip). After a brief and quite rude discussion right in front of her, it was agreed that none of the several men working were interested in doing so. She even agreed to wait if needed, but instead they made her walk home in 104* heat.
While mechanical work to date had been fine, lacking common decency when I vouched for this group of people is a major let down.. It’s a shame because I genuinely trusted BMW Matt. 😞 I will be finding a new mechanic.
This is a completely accurate account of what happened, and a fair and justified review given what your mom experienced here. I am glad you took the time to post online; any business deserves to be called out for that type of treatment. We keep a small staff here, and all of us sometimes get caught up in the pressures of meeting daily promised times and maintaining production - to the detriment of performing simple favors like what obviously should've been provided to your mother. While what happened in June was far more the exception rather than the rule, we will take your disappointment to heart and be much better going forward. Long story short …ahhh . After some shade tree mechanic work over the weekend I was at Witt’s end baffled and stuck over a simple spark plug change.
Car ran like poop and I was scared to death after reading the codes.
Decided to go another direction and limped into their shop.
In a “ nutshell” Matt diagnosed and fix a fault I would have been chasing for weeks or more.
At an extremely reasonable rate.
Also took care of another issue I wasn’t aware of.
Synopsis: Honest, Reasonable rates ( below dealership for sure ) and fast ( same day.)

Great place. I used to goto the dealership. Now I only take all my Benzes to them only. Better quality of service. Awesome attention to detail. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have never had to return for the same concern twice. Thank you all so much for such wonderful service.
