I have lived in this building for 20 years. We have a new superintendent who calls himself Leo but his real name is JHON E FANA. Since this man arrived, everything has changed in our building. Families who live for many years and pay below market rent are facing different types of harassment from Fisher Associates LLC managers and Jhon.
Unfortunately many families have left and those apartments are rent stabilized. These apartments are being rented to Dominican families who are from the same country as Jhon (superintendent) and Kenya (assistant manager). The majority of Fisher family buildings located in Jackson heights are managed by Fisher Associates LLC and the superintendents are Dominican. I feel discriminated. Sadly Our building and neighborhood is not the same

Horrible services . They never pick up the calls . The manager has a horrible attitude . Super rude . The worse . 1 start because to write a review I need to give something . But 0 from me.

Avoid if you can. They didn't return my security deposit after I was told to send my address to forward the check. I moved out, I followed up and their response was they didn't specially say that they would return the security deposit.

Horrible. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are completely unresponsive. There is a malfunctioning fan outside bedroom - 2x the legal noise level - after 2 months it still isn'r repaired.

Poorly managed properties!

Have a 24 hour emergency line but noone calls you back. My ceiling leaked, I called left.message, nothing. - Middle of the night ceiling collapses- called several times noone calls back.

The only reason I give this company a 2 is because of how long I’ve been living here. The super here is very disrespectful, he does not like to to do his job, work done in the apartment is either not done at all, done wrong, or just not completed. It is very very difficult to get in touch with anyone from the office. I spend weeks calling before I get a call back. It’s a great apartment but management and the super here have to change their ways or get another job. This is very unfair for your tenants. Shame on you.

I called to ask about management email or contact number. The receptionist who ever picked up the phone is very rude and irresponsible. She did not give me email even though she has and being their company’s customer I have the right to ask the information. Very cheap and reckless front desk
