The bad reviews are indeed correct. THE WORSE MANAGEMENT. As if living with pests, dirty hallways/lobby/elevator, getting packages stolen wasn’t bad enough, management not giving a F, if you need any repairs take a seat because it’s not happening. They rent you a place that hasn’t been serviced in ages then you’re left with the accumulated problems!
Takes forever to even reach anyone at the office, or the super can care less about helping you. Why hire someone that doesn’t want to work? Even if you call the office they will ignore your requests. The only thing that they for sure are on top of is sending out that monthly rent statement!!!!!

I genuinely love my apartment—it’s comfortable, well-maintained, and consistently clean, which sets the tone for a great living experience. The building itself is clearly well-managed, and it shows in the day-to-day details that actually matter. Common areas are always tidy, the trash area is impressively clean (a small thing that speaks volumes), and overall upkeep feels proactive rather than reactive.
Any time I’ve had an issue or needed something fixed, the response has been fast, professional, and done right the first time. No endless follow-ups, no shortcuts—just efficient service that makes you feel taken care of. Even during winter weather, the building management was ahead of the curve: snow was plowed promptly before residents even had to head out, which speaks to real consideration and planning.
On top of that, the neighborhood is a huge win. Jackson Heights, Queens offers a vibrant, convenient, and welcoming community with great transportation access, food, and local energy. It’s the kind of place that feels alive but still comfortable to come home to.
Net-net: this apartment, this building, and this neighborhood deliver a consistently positive experience. Clean, responsive, well-run, and thoughtfully managed—I couldn’t ask for more and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.
Management is extremely irresponsible and doesn’t care about their tenants even the least. For the 1.5 years that I’ve lived there, I’ve encountered horrible roach and rodent problems. The walls of my bathroom LITERALLY PEELED AND FELL OFF!! The stove was also broken and only one burner was working. All the hinges in the closets were rusty and greasy and disgusting. If you’re still reading this, I have no idea why you would still consider renting from them!! Also, they WILL scam you and take your security deposit!!

I don’t know what’s wrong with the people who work here. Everyone has an attitude. Check your attitude at the door it’s not that deep. I have called the main office 5 times during business hours. Left messages for someone to get back to me. And when I do reach someone they try to push the question back on my super when my super is the person who told me to call the office 🤔. I called back and now “suddenly” I am getting no answer. This is Pathetic and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

Great management! Loved our apartment and would definitely rent in one of their buildings again
Horrible. I being receiving letter and calls saying that they need to check again the payments from last year, is being the fourth time that I have to show them my bank statements to prove my rent payments. Being calling like crazy, idk who is the assistance but it picks up the phone and hung out. Rude, 0 starts.

This company is the worst. Roaches, mice, broken elevators, garbage. These people are slum lords. DO NOT move into a building run by them.
