horrible property. Loud residents talk loudly and screaming kids allowed to play in the courtyard disturbing other residents when there is a park nearby. Mgt does not take action. There are no policies or rules to curb the noise or loud talking.

Beautiful roomy coop apartments next to Forest Park in Queens NY. Surrounded by an old growth forest with hiking and biking trails, a park road closed to cars. Check out the barbeque picnic area and vintage carousel across the Boulevard. Near Kew Garden Hills, Forest Hills, Glendale, express busses to Manhattan and the Queens Center Mall. Great Family Neighborhood 👍😊
