We’ve been with Jake for 10+ years I believe. You absolutely will not find a more caring agent who treats you like family. He’s an amazing agent, & very passionate & knowledgeable about all things insurance. He’s helped us out & more than jumped through some very difficult hoops to take care of us. He’s all about customer service & very quick to put himself in his customer’s shoes. Thank you Jake for the man & agent you are. You’re greatly appreciated.

The worst insurance experience I have ever had, reps acted as if they were knowledgeable but ended up just making answers up to get me off the phone. I have had issues with 4 out of my 6 polices that Goosehead was responsible for. A lot of issues with us sending Goosehead money but them not paying for the policies. I will never use them again. Please look elsewhere. It’s not the worth the $199 fee you pay them to screw things up.

To me Jacob is THE guy you need to call if you want the best coverage for a competitive rate !
He is a great professional as he always keeps YOUR interests in mind and works hard to get the best rate and coverage that fit your needs.

Jacob takes customer service to another level! He'll do everything he can to get you the best coverage at the best rate. And, if he can't give you the best rate he'll let you know. It's so hard to find that type of transparency and honesty today.
