This hospital is soo clean!! Everyone I spoke to, from the front desk receptionists on the first floor to the doctor's & nurses on floor 15 were amazing, so polite, friendly & helpful!! They made me feel like they knew what they were doing, my man was in great care of these hospital professionals ❤️ He is healing very well, he definitely is entirely grateful of Melonie, Santa, Aveny, Lisbet, Irma, Myrah G, Ferneila, Shannon, Britt B & Martha ❤️ and anyone else that wasn't mentioned Brett appreciates you too!! ❤️

Went in to have a my gallbladder removed. From start to finished I was treated like I was their only patient. Kept up to date on everything happening with my procedure, billing & treatment plan. Everyone was super nice & helpful. Nurses, doctors & staff. I was placed in my own recovery room. Which was very nice, clean & comfortable. I have nothing bad to say about my visit. Even the food was good. Lol. Thank you.

I visited the ER for severe eye pain and was treated in a quick and professional way! There was no eye specialist at the hospital but the attending physician was in contact with one who helped treat my eye condition.

Houston Methodist Sugar Land has some of THE BEST doctors and team members that I have ever encountered! Dr. Rosalyn Miller is chefs kiss!! She is THE BEST OBGYN I have ever had! Everyone on her team is always kind and provides excellent customer service. Dr. Candice Thompson was super sweet when she provided me service during Dr. Miller’s absence. Let me not forget to mention my families PCP, Dr. Margaret Umah! She and her team of MA’s are top notch! Lastly, I am thankful for Dr. Subramanian in endocrinology! I feel like she operates in her patients best interest and provides a lot of knowledge during my visits. We couldn’t ask for anything more in a team of doctors and their staff! I recommend Houston Methodist to any and everyone! Thank y’all for hiring exceptional people in every department that has provided me service including the imaging team!

Absolutely love this hospital. Very friendly from check in, triage, nurses Dr's. Very thorough. They listen to your concerns. Would not go anywhere else

Its the best care they explain u well each and every aspect of, in. Detail …no need to use ai to know anything …especially nurses lactation specialist….. they have too much experience to handle and educate…
Just get phcs insurance if someone doesn’t have insurance… mostly it is covered…very helpful

I love Houston Methodist Clear Lake. The emergency department as well as the main hospital is top notch. Everyone there is very caring and professional.
