Please stay close if your parent is undergoing a procedure. My left mother’s arm was broken while on tracheostomy by a nurse named Erica Hearnes and her colleague while I wasn’t present. I had given consent over the phone, but I felt completely betrayed.. My poor mother couldn’t even scream.
Although my mother and I have chosen to forgive, we will never forget. She told me the nurse was careless, reckless, and smug while attempting an IV , failing to recognize that my mother had rheumatoid arthritis—ultimately breaking her left elbow and arm. God bless my mom in heaven.
(PS: Please be cautious of the older male Asian nurse; he mistreats patients.)
The few bright moments of her stay came from the kindness of others: PT Nurse McNerry, who brought my mom roses and was very personable, and the Asian night nurse in breathing treatments, who made her feel safe.

I would recommend this LTCH facility to anyone in need of long term care !! From the Dr's to all the nursing staff, everyone has done a tremendous job taking care of my wants and needs!! And an added note the food they serve here daily is the best food I've ever had in a hospital!!!!! I've been very pleased with my stay here!!!!

the only reason this place gets a 3 is because of their amazing doctors, some pt & the imu nurses.
my father was transferred to their icu & was high risk for aspiration due to his trachea. he was none verbal & immobile at that time so he could not say what he wanted, only to us that we had already been dealing with figuring out his needs. the nurses at the icu were no where to be found most of the time we were there that we had to go everyday to ensure he was properly taken care of. there were 3 occasions where he threw up while i was with him due to his secretions & cleaned him up everytime. the 2 times that happened, me and another family member went to ask someone in the nurses station, they were more concerned about us being out the room with the gowns (we were only told to put them on certain times but it wasn’t required) on then immediately checking in on him. there was only 1 nurse he was comfortable with because she was the only one making sure he was ok. we believed that the reason we never saw them was because they were understaffed & over worked with many patients which we gave them grace for as being an icu nurse is not easy, however, after he was transferred to the imu upstairs, we were told by the nurses & doctors there that they only have 2 patients to ensure they could closely monitor their patients since they are very critical. he received more attention & care in the imu from his lovely nurses there than the icu. after what he had survived & was still in critical condition, it is completely unacceptable that the nurses in the icu didn’t take their job more seriously. DO NOT let your loved one be brought to this icu.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I honestly believe that if i hadn't had my son with me, that they would have hurt me or killed me. I had several staff call me fat, and that it was all my fault for being sick. The male doctor Lee should have his license revoked. This is not a safe place for anyone who is sick and either cant verbalize how they feel, or have someone with them to protect them. If i could have given them zero stars i would. Don't send your family here. Vibra in Houston is a million times better and they actually care about you.

Do not bring your love one here if you are not available to be around especially if the patient is non verbal
!! .First i want to sincerely thank the ICU nurse for showing genuine care and compassion. Unfortunately, the rest of the facility neglects patients, and working with management feels like pulling teeth. They always have excuses and show little concern for patient well-being. Patients are treated like business, not people. The administrator, in particular, seems more focused on her position than truly helping others ( self centered pretending to act nice while body language speaks louder than words).many families complain but they don’t leave a review I regret choosing this place for my love one.

I Love my nurses! I’ve really been taking care of me so well here and I highly recommend your hospital to everyone. This is a great place and I’ve graduated to the upper level and I’m so excited to get well and go home. This is a great way to start that journey. Thank you all

Thank you for sharing your feedback and experience with us, Thomas. We truly appreciate it.
Excellent professional staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. I especially liked Kim Wong who was punctual with all my medications, feeding, etc. She was very personable and friendly. Sola, the wound care nurse was very friendly, helpful, considerate and cared for my wound with gentleness and thoroughness. Susan Shahda, patient relations, is kind and a good listener which is important to me. Shailesh Doshi, my patient advocate was stellar in negotiating and communicating with the staff concerning any issues or requests regarding my care and treatment. I also like that the nurses were all positive and encouraging with a smile. I highly recommend this hospital for anybody needing long term after care.

I arrived there Friday evening the room was very spacious I enjoy being in the room. All of the nurses were very attentive to me and always made it aware about my safety to always call before I fall and a nosy nurse is a busyness I think thank you for your excellent service I wish I could mention everyone who help me from the day one until the day I left but everybody was an angel to me . Judy, Julia ,Natalie . It was actually there same week birthday between one of the physical therapists that myself and Remeez. With all of the gracious kindness given to me I feel like I became a kindred.I really felt blessed to be there. When family and friends arrived everything went well. oh my goodness. Not going fail to mention about the variety of food I loved to eat there. Thanks Eric.
Again sorry I can't mention everyone by name but I left nothing out who I feel about all of you. You all are doing miracles there please keep it up no matter what. I love you all I hope to see you again on better circumstances.
