The night crew can use a bit more training. Day crew is wonderful. They are quick to respond to my needs. They are always checking on me. In physical therapy Stephanie has been great she helps encourage and push me to do more. Madison is also great and makes sure I stay in line. My room is always kept nice and clean. I would recommend this place to family and friends if they needed care like this

I appreciate the care Danyell and other members of the team give my husband — the staff is always responsive and supportive of his requests and needs often taking time to answer his many questions. Thank you for your patience and understanding when taking care of him and me!

The staff has taken good care of me. Therapy had been good . Housekeeping is good, they keep things nicr and clean. Wound care team has been good. Nurses all seem to be very nice.i would tell any of my friends and family to come hear

I think this is the best rehab I have every been in and iv been in many. When I met the staff that was going to care for me , I felt like I met a whole new set of friends. They were all so caring and attentive. The food was good , they try hard to get you exactly what you needed. You didn’t have to ring a bell and wait. The doctors and staff were really good at keeping me informed and answering any questions I had. If I have to go to rehab again I suggest you come here because I would come back again. It was nice to feel I was in a clean space just like at home as well

My mother came here for trach care and rehabilitation. This place is absolutely horrible. Do not send your love ones here. It takes over 30min to get anyone to suction her trach out. The nurses are rude as hell, some of them don't even seem like they should still be working. It's almost like they have no retirement. Nurses caring for ICU patients that can hardly get around them selves. My mother would text me for help because they would take her call light away, or that she was scared because no one would help her or give a shot to bother to help her. She couldn't talk because of being on a ventilator so the staff would ignore her. My mother was having a breathing episode where she was having trouble and a nurse was trying to give her applesauce to cool her down. You don't give anyone anything by mouth if they are having trouble breathing. The facility finally got her off the vent and they give her whole foods, instead of pures. My mom ended up a aspirating and ended up back in ICU. Which in turn but her back on the ventilator. My mom ended up with severe PTSD. So then Everytime they would try to take her off the vent she would have an episode and she couldn't get back off. I fully believe this place is the reason my mom ended up dieing. I wouldn't place my enemy here. This place needs to be shut down for good. Horrible just horrible place. I fought with the nurse manager on multiple occasions over my mother being ignored. My father had to call the respiratory managers direct line so I could get someone to suction my mother's trach out. Please don't leave your love one alone in this place. They won't be cared for especially if they are on a ventilator.

Everyone here is extremely wonderful. The nurses tend to your every need and it doesn’t take them long to come to your room. I’ve been in another LTAC before but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility

I been treated like a king here lol no lie . Ms Georgia. Candi. BJ, they’re always checking on me and making sure I’m ok. Charles and T and a guy from the weekends are really good working with me . Mandy my case manager has been amazing. Schelitia had a great sense of humor and checked on me all the time. Brianna and n ICU was amazing as well
