On October 16, 2025 I went in for day surgery, a Microdiscectomy performed by Dr Parker Lane. I was very apprehensive (terrified). Every person we dealt with from when we walked in the hospital doors at 5:15 am, to when we were discharged a few hours later, was polite, professional, and helpful. The security guard, receptionist, prep nurses, chaplain, Dr Parker Lane, the anesthesiologist, the operating room nurses and the recovery room nurses were wonderful. Thank you MHSL. I hope all these great people will get the recognition they deserve.

I love the restaurant called Embers here in the hospital. Charles has great customer service and does over and beyond to help customer and patients. I thank God for Charles during this difficult time!!! Thank you Charles. I wish Charles boss see this review !!! We need more people like Charles
I had my baby here. All the nurses were great. I was in labor for a whole 24 hours at least and the nurses had to constantly keep checking my monitor for the baby he liked to move around on them. When he finally did make his debut he was full of fluid and wasn’t breathing. The team of nurses for the babies acted very fast and saved him. I’m so thankful for them. The Postpartum unit was very good too. Sali was my nurse during the day and she is 10 out of 10. So sweet and caring.

I haven't been admitted to a hospital in over 2 or 3 decades so I had no idea what to expect besides what I've heard and the little I've seen at some brief hospital visits. But as a patient, my time at this hospital was great. I came in to do an abdominal myomectomy (2 weeks ago) and it was a success thanks to God, the wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff.
The food available to patients on a regular diet was not as bad as I had imagined. They had a decent variety of foods to select from. It was manageable. Not the most well seasoned food but they provided some pepper, salt, and salt-free seasoning on the side.
The room was cold the first day but by day 2, the temperature was on the warmer side.
Whenever I pressed the button for assistance, generally someone came to my room within minutes whether in the day or at night. Sometimes faster than expected.
Everyone I encountered from the cleaner, dietitian, day nurses, night nurses, and the chaplain were warm, respectful, and courteous. I left having a good feeling about this hospital. Many thanks to Dr Tamika Cross, Grace, Jonathan, Jennifer, Dr Mabadeje, Mika, Cindy, Teresa, Alyssa, Victor, Maria, and Brandi. 4th floor 🫡

As I said earlier, my 3 days here was great. So, if you're ever in outpatient, you're in good hands!!!

I recently gave birth here and the staff at Memorial Hermann Sugarland were phenomenal. My husband and I even said that when we have our next child we are coming here again. First off my obgyn Dr. Brandi is such a class act. She is such an excellent and skilled physician. The anesthesiologist Dr. Jones was also very good. Next, I would like to highlight the nurses Kayla in labor and delivery and Krystal in postpartum care. Those two ladies are amazing nurses. Their professionalism, kindness and empathy are remarkable. I would also like to thank the Nurse assistant Avery and the lactation coaches Golda and Venessa. As a first time mom, I was able to learn so much. My experience at memorial Hermann for my labor, delivery & postpartum care were indeed excellent. My baby and I are back home healthy and happy. Thank you Memorial Hermann Sugarland.

Every year or two, I need to bring my now 91 year old father to this facility for a little "scare". The ENTIRE staff has always been very professional and attentive. They also listen to our concerns and always take appropriate action based on those concerns. I can't thank MH enough for keeping my father alive and safe!
My daughter was a patient at Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital and I can only say great, positive things about it. The nurses were attentive and took care of my daughter. The doctors were professional, caring, and informative. The cafeteria food was good and the prices were reasonable. We were treated well at this hospital and I have no complaints at all about it. They treated my daughter very well during her stay here.
