You would think this hospital is good. Don’t let it fool you just cause it’s in the medical center. Nurses are not attentive, in a rush, not too friendly. Nobody is on the same page. Need better patient care and maybe some of them need to go back to school for retraining!!!!!!
I had my 2nd baby here and honestly, this was just an amazing experience for me. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE did their best to take such good care of me and my family. Everyone was extremely nice and patient. Nothing seemed rushed or forced. I went in on my actual due date because my contractions were getting too close together and becoming more painful. The L&D rooms were full and I needed an epidural so bad. I mean bad!!! A few nurses kept telling me that I would get it as soon as they could get me into an actual room instead of the small check up room they had me in. Another nurse ended up coming to my rescue putting the pressure on everyone to find me a room asap, telling them that I was in labor and deserve my epidural before it’s too late for me, which I loved. I felt seen, heard and welcomed! Anesthesiologist and the nurse in the room with him were both EXTREMELY patient and helpful. The nurse talked me through the entire process while helping with my breathing which made the process painless. I laid around for a couple of hours until my baby girl was ready to come and once she was ready, NO ONE forced her out. They had me focus in on my breathing and told me exactly when to push and when to stop pushing. No tears, no stitches, no scars. Nurses helped me to the restroom for the first time and kept checking in on me and baby. Everyone had literally done a PHENOMENAL job. I wish nothing but the best in the future for everyone assignment to my team. The most perfect experience. Such a blessing to have had them all.
My experience with this hospital during the birth of my daughter was disappointing. When we arrived for labor and delivery, my wife was taken to a room while I was told to wait. The staff member at the check-in desk had a dismissive attitude from the start, which was upsetting given the urgency of the situation.
I was left waiting while the check-in staff were on their phones and failed to call me back. It wasn’t until another nurse noticed and asked, “Oh, you haven’t been called in?” that I was finally allowed to join my wife. When the mistake was acknowledged, there was no apology—only a casual “my bad” said to the nurse, not to me.
This occurred around 2:00 a.m. on January 12, 2026. During such a critical and emotional moment, this lack of attention, communication, and empathy is unacceptable. I hope the hospital addresses this through better training, accountability, and clearer procedures so other families do not experience the same issue.

I would recommend everyone to this hospital from the time I walked into the doors to the time I left out of the doors every single staff that I had experience was so very nice, helpful, caring, explainable, professional and the list goes on. They all made me feel so comfortable and confident my time there as I was fixing to have my surgery. I had a great hospital experience.
Keep up the excellent work to the whole staff. Thank you!

Thank you for your kind words, we appreciate your feedback.
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident that occurred today during my visit to the hospital where my husband is currently admitted.
While visiting my husband, I was accompanied by my 4-month-old baby and my 2-year-old child. When my baby began to cry, hospital staff asked us to leave immediately. The manner in which this was handled felt abrupt and lacked understanding of the situation.
I understand that hospitals must maintain order and a calm environment; however, I did not see any posted signage or receive any prior information indicating that children were not permitted to visit a hospitalized parent. As a result, the experience was distressing and confusing.
If children are not allowed during visits, I respectfully suggest that this policy be clearly communicated through visible signage or during the visitation process. Additionally, I believe it would be beneficial for staff to receive guidance on how to address such situations with greater sensitivity and professionalism.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope this feedback will help improve the experience for other families in similar circumstances.

I am currently admitted to this hospital and would like to share feedback regarding a recent visitation experience. My wife visited me with our 4-month-old baby and our 2-year-old child. When our baby began to cry, they were asked to leave. We were not aware of any policy restricting children from visiting a hospitalized parent, nor did we see any posted notice. If such a policy exists, clearer communication would be helpful. Thank you for considering this feedback.

My mother was here this past November for 2 weeks due to low sodium. There were MULTIPLE other things going on keeping her ill and what did these doctors do? Discharged her the moment her sodium returned to normal, ignoring the fact she couldn’t WALK ON HER OWN for the first time in her life. HCA Kingwood, where she ended up a less than a couple weeks later, said she probably got an infection from memorial Hermann that they ignored. Mom died on 12/7. If I had known to have an autopsy, they would have a lawsuit on their hands. These people should lose their license and the entire place shut down.

The worst hospital ever to go as for an EMERGENCY. So they had so many people with IVs out in the lobby. They run all sorts of test and bring you back to the waiting area. Long story short.....they only take the people with insurance to the back. When they called us to the back where they do vitals only the lady was like ok she is going to be discharged. I said what do you mean she hasn't seen a doctor. She brings a practitioner nurse. She is explaining to us eat she saw and the other lady was trying to get us out fast while the nurse was talking. Literally yanked the IV out my daughter's arm. Never again I will go to that hospital.
DO NOT GO THERE. I KNOW WHAT TELLING YOU. THEY DONT CARE FIR YOUR HEALTH IF YOU HAVE NO INSURANCE.

Have been here since 11 and still no room given. They are administering meds and IVs in the waiting room. Some people get a room some don't. Walked to the cafeteria it's all types of rooms available. There's no update you can't walk with your family member to the back. Hippa laws broken every which a way.
