Been coming here for a little over a year now. Doctor purwal barely speak to you for more than five minutes. Had a issue recently trying to get a medication refill, left messages in the portal numerous times with no response. I also called the office for more than a week every day and left messages. No one called me back, text me, or emailed me once. No response. I had to leave the hospital with my pregnant wife that was on bed rest to go up there in order to speak to someone. Probably do better if you go to a public clinic. Totally unprofessional.

This is NOT a 24 hour facility. My mother was having shortness of breath and chest tightness. We got there at 8:45 pm on a Tuesday. All doors were locked. We tried the intercom several times and no one ever answered. Not a sound or acknowledgement. Another couple drove up sx we were leaving so we decided to try the ambulance entrance doors, also locked. They pounded on the glass. Nothing for several minutes. They finally got the attention of someone inside who basically told them to leave. We were already in our car heading for Kingwood Hospital (not ourfirst choice). What the hell kind of neighborhood hospital is this? If this is indicative of memorial hermann's medical treatment, I'll have none of it. Kingwood Hospital is a pain but at least you can see a medical professional almost immediately for triage. Sorely disappointed in Memorial Hermann. I even double checked with the insurance company beforewr drove down there. The hoursand levels of care were completely false and misleading. If your loved one has a serious health issue, i strongly advise you seek help somewhere else. We'll be going elsewhere, always.

Have been bringing my family here many years. Today I had the upmost horrible experience I called 911 and EMS brought my mom to the ER. We have been here since 1:00 p.m with no updates about my mom. When we arrived I informed the lady at the front that my mom was just brought in by EMS and she informed me she would let me know when she was in a room to give her 10 min. Then 10 min passed with no update I asked her again for an update she advised she was placed in the room and we were unable to go back there yet. That she would provide me an update in 10 min. Then a young lady in the back “cleaning lady” came to the front and asked for me because my mom was concerned we were not here. I told her we’re here and if she was ok. Then the lady at the front desk began to talk to the cleaning lady informing her we could not go back there. The cleaning lady was attempting to explain to her she was just giving me an update because my mom was worried. Unfortunately, do to the language barrier the lady at the front desk could not understand her and gave her an attitude and continued to talk over her. Therefore I stepped in and explained to her she is just giving me an update about my mom. She is not telling me to go back to see her. I began to get frustrated because she just kept questioning the cleaning lady and would not let her try to explain herself. The lady at the front desk contradicted herself as I walked away the lady at the front desk said don’t roll your eyes at me. She should not be at the front desk at all. The cleaning lady helped so much more by providing me an update it is now 3:00 pm with no one waiting in the ER and the lady at the front desk has not one time provided me an update. I have worked in the medical field over 12+ years and have been a manager in the medical field. I know well enough if you are going to be informing family members about there loved ones don’t put a time and say I will look into it and get back to you shortly. Always check in and inform them I have not forgot about you let me see what I can find out.

When this clinic first opened up, it was at least 4 stars. Today, existing patients cannot get complete primary care. I've been trying to book an appointment with my primary care doctor since November 2022. I eventually saw a nurse practitioner who was new. She lacked empathy and anything resembling a decent bedside manner. She used acronyms to describe my condition and could not tell me what those acronyms meant. I had to follow up via the patient portal to get information on the outcome of my labs. When I asked what the next step was since she was not able to diagnose me, she said "make an appointment." The patient care in this place has gone down significantly. They appear to only take in patients who need continuous care so they can turn a profit at the end of each week, month and year. If you are an existing patient who needs a sick visit, good luck getting an appointment. Very disappointed in what health care has become generally.

I had a terrible experience at this place with my 3yo son, this morning.

We arrived here after desperately leaving ER at Memorial Hermann City Mall, due to my son constantly vomiting and dehydrating since 3am.

After a long wait at the ER, I decided to leave and let reception know I was withdrawing him to go somewhere else (never saw the doctor), so the reception guy said no problem and that he will let the nurses know. However, they did not took him out of their system, so when I ended up here at the Convenient Care, the receptionist was not able to put our information in the system due to their ER location unable to “release him”. I panicked as my son was getting weaker, due to dehydration, thirsty and vomiting the water immediately after drinking it. I started to cry and insisted she should to do something, since it should not be our problem/fault their system’s issues with starting the check-in process of a patient, while she was just repeating to me and even the security officer came to repeat it, as if I did not understand, that she called the ER location and they said “they will release his information when they can”, with an attitude that was like I was talking to a wall and they did not seem to care at all, she just kept repeating the same thing, that she couldn’t start putting him in their system as their other location has not released him and we had to wait with no estimate wait time.

I left after waiting a while (almost an hour just to ckeck-in) and when I told her we were leaving, she told me that the system still doesn’t let her to checking us in as my son has not been “released” yet. The entire situation was like a closed game, a joke and a nightmare.

I had to go to another urgent care, hoping I never have to encounter a Memorial Hermann hospital ever again. Their inefficiency and lack of empathy should be charged/reported as patient abuse or negligence.

Pathetic billing experience. One month got charged twice instead of once. Next month got charged even though balance was paid off. Keep calling billing office for weeks and leaving messages and no one ever picks up or responds. Horrible! Cant wait for this to be over with and not ever have to deal with them again.

The definition of treat them and street them. The nurses don’t care, the doctors spend as little with you as possible, give you a vague diagnosis without running all the tests necessary, and release the patient without having a safe plan.
A note to the doctors: Patients come to you on one of their worst days of their lives. They need your help and want to feel more comfortable. A diagnosis of exclusion means you actually have to run all of the tests to rule everything out. Do better.

10 minutes waiting to register front desk only one customer ahead and then 25 minutes for another registration and signature cause the employeedid mistake for checking inn. Then 2 hours in waiting area to be called and then another 2hours called nurse and still waiting for her to find the vain and then they couldn'tfind it so they canceledit and rescheduleit . horrible unprofessional staff. No body care for patients time and waiting for so long with pain, and responsibilities. When get the bill is soo much for this bad treatment unfortunately no body care no body control.what to expected from memorial herman claim line when call said pharmacy number. So neglected

Took my son here because he threw up what appears to be blood. Blood test was done. Result was normal. ER doctor said we should have gone to the GI doctor not the ER. He ordered CT scan but he suspects that it is normal. He said he prescribed 3 medications for him and he would give us a list of GI doctors. We waited so long line at least 3 hrs. We asked them if we can see the result on the portal…the nurse said yes…so I told her we would like to leave and will read our result from the portal. We will also make an appointment to go see the GI doctor….because we did not want to wait for the result of the cat scan…they refused to give us the prescription to help ease with the throw up. The staff here do not seem to care about their patients…it is in the way they treat and talk to patients….from the nurse to the doctors.
