5/5 Stars – Exceptional Care for Microdiscectomy at Memorial Hermann
I recently underwent microdiscectomy surgery at Memorial Hermann, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. From pre-op preparation to my post-operative recovery, every single person involved in my care demonstrated extraordinary professionalism, clinical expertise, and genuine compassion.
The surgical team and doctors were outstanding. They took the time to explain every detail of the procedure, answered all my questions with complete clarity, and provided the reassurance and confidence I needed heading into surgery.
The nurses and support staff were equally incredible. They were incredibly attentive, prompt with pain management and check-ins, and kept me guided through every step of recovery. What truly made a difference was their positive, warm attitude—their constant encouragement turned a daunting procedure into a smooth and comforting experience.
Beyond the top-tier medical care, the seamless guidance and uplifting environment created by the Memorial Hermann team stood out the most. I felt truly cared for as a person, not just a patient. Thank you to the entire doctor, nursing, and support staff for your exceptional care and for helping me get my quality of life back!

Went here Sunday morning. The front desk was helpful and nice. Didn’t wait long to be seen. All the nurses and doctors were exceptionally. Would definitely use them again

Dipan, Dipan with security has been absolutely amazing! From the moment we met him, he has been kind, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. During such a difficult and stressful time for our family, his kindness and willingness to help truly stood out. This review is based on my sister's brief ICU stay before she ultimately passed last year. She had been to several hospitals during her leukemia battle. Out of all of them, the ICU nurses at Memorial were the most caring, compassionate nurses we experienced. Although she was at the end of her journey and no longer responsive, they made sure to keep her clean and advocated for her until the very end. When she was finally pronounced, the nurses all came in and I saw a few of them crying...for a patient they had only been taking care of for 3 days. I truly wish my sister had been to this hospital when she was first diagnosed, but God knows. I'm truly grateful this was the final stop of her journey. Blessings to the ICU staff that gave her such great care.

Yesterday I went into the Surgery Center for a knee replacement and all I can say is what a great team. From checking in to being released every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I really am happy that my doctor works with the Memorial Hermann Surgery Center The Woodlands. I felt comfortable and that I was in good hands as I went through the procedure. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I’m so glad I chose Memorial Hermann and Dr.Kwong as my PCP. The first time I met her I felt heard and understood. She empathized with my concerns and displayed professionalism. She has throughly explained my test results and explained next steps. I am grateful for Memorial Hermann and thankful for Dr.Kwong’s care.
