I'm extremely dissatisfied with Memorial Hermann physiotherapy.

I have attempted to use them twice and both experiences were the exactly the same.

That is, you pay for an hour with a physio and you don't get an hour with a physio.

The physio will have 2 or 3 other patients at the exact same time. They will tell you to do something and then run around to other patients, basically doing a balancing plate act.

It's clear that memorial Hermann loads up their physio's with as many patients as possible at the same time to maximize profits.

I've been left standing there doing work and wondering if my form is correct, if I'm doing the exercises correctly and nobody is watching. The physio that should be paying attention to me is across the room with another patient.

So I won't be going back, I feel that to memorial herman physio therapy the patients are just $$$ to them.

I brought my dad with an open wound on face bleeding and nose bleeding and made us sit and wait. Moments later my dads face was bleeding heaving and I asked front staff if they can provide me with a towel or wipes to help clean or stop bleeding . Front person said go to bathroom and get paper towels. They she continue her gossip with the other staff and talking about tik toc on phone: . Avoid this ER. Un-professional.

The people working at the front office are the worst! They never ever pick up their calls. They were supposed to schedule a follow up appointment for my mum after her insurance gave the go ahead for a pre-authorized procedure . They never got back to us.I went there twice just to schedule appointment and also to find out what exactly was the hold up. I’ve left voicemails to no avail. I can’t even comprehend how they still work there. Then they called me back today and left a voicemail that says they’re calling to confirm my mum’s appointment tomorrow when I wasn’t even asked if it’s convenient. I called them again and they put me on hold for the longest time without letting me know.

The facility itself was fine. What I don't appreciate is the high facility costs for routine procedures and the customer service for their billing department. I had a routine endoscopy last May. It took them 7 months to send over the claim to my insurance provider. By this time, I can no longer use my previous FSA account and I have a new bill for an additional $1300 on top of what I have already paid last year. I called the billing department to see if we can work something out. The customer service rep was curt, unhelpful, and the only option they provided to "work something out" was to offer a payment plan. It's frustrating to see that these facilities are always willing to work something out with the insurance provider in terms of billing/costs but are unwilling to work with the patient who takes the brunt of the bill. If you have another option, please consider using another facility that will not charge you $3000 for a facility fee

I am currently in the waiting area hooked up to an IV...I am Flu A Positive, I came in by the ambulance because the room was spinning while sitting still and I couldn’t see. Also when they checked me in by giving me my vitals the machine fell off and fell onto my back and hit the floor and hit behind my leg...they asked the firefighter if he was okay who was taking my vitals....not me. This is my first time here.

Update:

The situation actually got worse while I was there. I do not feel like typing everything that happened here...just know it’s not good and the nurse watched me hyperventilating crying where she then swung open my curtains and said that she is going to have to wheel me back out into the waiting room because they can’t hear the interpreter... which actually made me more upset. This Nurses’ name was Jordan. Also, I do not want the same automated message the owner submits to every complaint. I want the contact information to file a grievance.

We had a baby delivered there last year. Everything went fine until a very rude nurse from NICU came and insisted baby need to be at NICU. I was not seeing any abnormalities.

After about three days they released the baby not finding anything and asked me to further follow up to UTA.

At the end, all checked out good. Memorial billed me a fat sum of money basically for nothing and on top of that the pain I had to go through for those three days was unthinkable. Plus another fat bill from UTA for follow up.
My hard earned money was basically exploited by these for profit entities.

I would not recommend getting a mammogram here. They ask you to check in 30 minutes before your appointment time then inform you they are running at least 45 minutes behind schedule. AND that's 45 minutes AFTER they check you in on insurance and then send you to the back to change. They get so backed up that social distancing becomes more difficult if not impossible and people start taking off their masks or wearing them under their chin because no one is strictly enforcing the policy. The receptionist was so completely uncaring. It was clear to me they don't care about their patient's time or health. They only care about their bottom line. $$$

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had! The doctors were great but the front desk staff was something else! Started with check-in a heavier set Hispanic women who got me started was rude and unhelpful and took her time getting me situated. I sit down get called back to see the doc all is good! UNTIL it was time for me to leave! They tell me go check out at the desk. A younger Hispanic lady was sitting at the desk looking at her phone and then proceeds to get up and SHOW t he older Hispanic lady something! They exchanged words and laughed before acknowledging me! The younger Hispanic lady treated me as if I was A nuisance and inconveniencing her! I was in absolutely disbelief! And will never ever go back! They are very unprofessional!

Worst nurse services
