I had a procedure performed here yesterday. The waiting room was very large, clean and uncluttered. The pre-op area was clean and typical, (hospital beds with drapes dividing rooms). The Operation Room appeared to be state of the art equipment, at least what I saw of it before the anesthesia kicked in.
The nurses and staff were very friendly and caring.
I would definitely recommend.

I had a procedure there 2 weeks ago and they laid me on dirty sheets with somebody else's pubic hair on it. We took pictures and counted at least thirty hairs. I emailed the facility and asked a supervisor to call me eight days ago and have had no response. Do not use them!

Thank you nurse Heather, and the entire team of nurses and doctors from floor 3 labor/delivery and floor 5 maternity. My wife and I have been very well taken care of when we came here and chose Memorial Hermann Sugar Land to give birth to our first child, Adonis. Our 3 day stay here has been such a joy and blessing. thank you so much to all the amazing staff here at the hospital. Thank you for doing such an amazing job at what you do best! We really look forward to giving birth here again for our second child, it has been THAT great, since day one! There’s not enough words to express our gratitude towards everything and everyone we experienced during the time spent here. Definitely grateful we chose this hospital!!

This hospital is amazing. I’m so grateful for the stay this last two weeks with amazing nurses that really took care of me in the OB EMERGENCY, Bonnie,Kim,Lisa and Karina. Those nurses made me feel at home and went above and beyond to take care of me. The doctors are amazing and know exactly what they are doing. I was there for two weeks and my own doctor was went there for me as well. It felt very comfortable. Now they delivered my baby. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through, but I had the support from them and my family. My doctor ,Dr.Sohn. Which is the best doctor ever.

This hospital is in violation of the No Surprises Act of the 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act by listing themselves as an Urgent Care facility within the insurance industry but then billing patients as an Emergency Center. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission to investigate on behalf of myself and the rest of every other American consumer who was financially taken advantage of at this location. Hopefully some of use can be rightfully reimbursed.

Be prepared to pay for an Emergency Room visit NOT an Urgent Care center. If I knew that I’d be billed for ER visit I would have went to the ER closest to my home instead of driving all the way out there. Earlier that day my Primary Care Physician suggested I go to an Urgent Care clinic for immediate treatment so I ended up going here after seeing it listed as an Urgent Care facility. After a failed IV attempt, The ER doctor at this location did nothing but refer me back to my regular Primary Care Physician. Then at the end I was handed a surprise ER bill. Waste of time and money

Delivered my first baby here, and the experience was not too great to be honest, it was an induction so when I showed up the nurses kind of just put me in an room didn't really tell me what to do until I came out and asked do I need to use what was laid out on the bed or move it for now? If was my first child so I didnt know what to do. There were only two nurses that stood out and were God sent to me during my stay which were nurse Jay and nurse Griffin who helped deliver my son. The nurses had to change my IV 5 times because it kept leaking so that was really annoying as well because they just kept poking around at a point I just told them to find someone who will actually find a good line because I'm not trying to get poked so often for it not to work. The nurses I got once I moved after having my son were not very nice I just couldn't wait to go home I'm pregnant with baby #2 and I'm delivering at a different hospital because of the experience I had here. Maybe it's good for others but for myself it was a bad experience.

Staff seems indifferent. Bed side manner once you get to the back is like you are taking their time away from something else. If I did not adore and appreciate my surgeon I would have left. Definitely a subpar surgical center. If given another option for your procedure I'd look into it. One bright spot was Daniel with anesthesia he was super kind and caring.He along with my surgeon made me feel comfortable.
Also the post op care nurse was helpful and kind.

The wait time is horrible. It has been 2 hours since we were told to get here and we are still waiting to be brought back for the surgery.

Clean, nice, seems like quality care. This is not a cheap urgent care place but an actual ER. When I went there was zero wait and started treatment almost instantly. All the staff listened and were immediately receptive to my needs.
